Piercing Pagoda

Ouch! Poor quality products. I took my 17 yr old daughter to the South Hill Mall Piercing Pagoda. We had a nerve-​wracking experience. She wanted her ear cartilage pierced. The sales girl loaded the gun with the earing and then something happened. She couldn’t get the gun released from my daughter’s ear. She said it was stuck so she took the gun apart. Now half of the gun is dangling from my daughter’s ear. She pulled and pulled and finally got it off of my daughter’s ear. She said the earring was defective so she loaded another earring and tried again. This time it went through but what kind of quality standards does this place have? My daughter experienced unneeded pain and suffering. We will not go back and I will not recommend this place.

~I was looking to get my left earlobe pierced. I didnt want to go to claire’s. I just wanted one ear pierced and buy one earring. So i went to pagoda piercing where i can get a better deal! the sales rep was very friendly and explained well about the piercing and healing process. i am very happy about the quick service. thank u 4 doing it right!

Was there at 6:30PM on a Saturday, you should have an attendant at your location since its clearly open. Waited for 10 minutes and no one arrived. I’ll never go back here.
