I don’t know that you can beat the view from my 8th floor apartment. The only thing more satisfying is how professional Alex, the apartment manager, has shown to be. I signed my lease from Honolulu, without ever seeing the apartment. It was a huge gamble, but it payed off.

I lived here for a little over a year, 2012 – 2013. I would live there now if I was able to buy a place in the building. The central Fremont location combined with the unbeatable view of Seattle across the full body of Lake Union is just everything that I pictured my NW city life to be. If you are able to get a south facing unit, pay the extra money and get it! The street noise can be a little loud during the summer: people leaving the bars, the Duck Tours, air traffic off of Lake Union, but the ever changing beauty of the lake, combined with the surprising appeal of the Aura Bridge is worth the little noise hassle I experienced.
