Became C&L Bakery after 05⁄2015. Forgettable blah-​ish quality before the regularly scheduled name change. Should I report this business as closed or how does Unilocal track name regular changes without a change in actual management?

More like NO café. With many Chinese bakery competitors in ave u, this bakery really need to step up their game in customer service. It is true they are way underpaid but a job is a job and they chose to be there. If they don’t like it then quit. There are a lot of people out there that would be happy to get a job. I been here numerous times and most of the time I was ignored then rushed out after selecting my bread so they can continue their conversation with a «customer» who didn’t buy anything at all. This bakery itself has nothing really special since they sell what every other bakeries in ave u have. Aside from that, their variety of bread are very limited.
Pros: Cheap bread and drinks
Cons: limited English, easily annoyed employees, and bland and inconsistent food from kitchen.

They had the worst customer service I have seen. The employee doesn’t have any one manner.

Best thing about this place is its appearance of cleanliness (currently has a grade B from inspectors). The question is… is it clean because the employees maintain the place well or is it clean because of low customer volume (even during peak hours)?
The Chinese buns are average. You can get better specialty drinks next door at Kung Fu Tea or across the street at ViVi. Hot food isn’t good. My father actually threw away his food after eating a quarter of it.

I live around the area so when this place open up, I’m excited to try. But very disappointed. They took 20 mins for my chicken fry noodle which they actually forgot. The chicken was flavorless, the noodle was not even the kind or the type that I ordered, and I paid $ 5.50 for it which is not a lot at all but I still feel like is not worth my time and money for this place. Their buns look pretty good, but haven’t try t yet so can’t judge. For a new business, you have to be better, way better then this.
