This was actually the very first pizza place I ate at in Los Angeles. PROS: Free risotto balls is a great comp with check-in on Unilocal The two, fraternal twins servers were very cute Reasonably priced for the pizza CONS: The pizza was undercooked. We got the works, and they should have accounted for the heavy toppings, and cooked it a bit longer They were out of the cannoli. If it’s a saturday night, they should anticipate the rush.

Great food and great service — This was our first time here and we were really impressed by the friendly personal service and the quality of the food. This was a family meal and everyone found something they really liked.

pretty good food… had the chicken parma, as well as the cheese garlic bread. One odd thing was how the manager got snippy with a few of the employees in front of the customers.

I absolutely love this place! I drove from east Hollywood to the valley just for the fettuccini Alfredo! It is my favorite dish here. The pizza is also amazing and my mom really enjoyed her grilled chicken panini. The owners are super friendly and they make you feel like family. The servers are polite and speedy. Love this place!

Cozy and clean, we love their authentic Italian cuisine! The garlic cheese bread is the best, the strawberry basil lemonade is sweetened with agave and it’s a must have. Their gluten free pasta(pomodoro) is delicious and I’m not gluten free but my daughter is, you can’t tell the difference it’s so good! Also the meatballs, the best in town!!!

Yummy gluten free pizza. Not extraordinary but definitely very good. I got basil, eggplant, artichoke, tomato and pesto. The large pizza gluten free pizza was 7 large thin pieces. After being a vegan/vegetarian for twenty years, I’ve discovered that most pizza places are just not good at making pizza veggies very tasty and Antonio’s is no exception. Tomato and basil were a safe bet but I decided to take a chance on the eggplant. I am crazy about eggplant and so I was disappointed but not at all surprised to see that the eggplant was just plain old raw and unseasoned eggplant cubes tossed onto the pizza before it bakes rather than being sauteed or roasted before hand. I picked them off and my girlfriend ate them but she’s like Mikey, she’ll eat anything. I don’t eat dessert very often. but I decided to get the chocolate cheesecake and to my utter surprise, it was one of the best desserts I’ve eaten in the past 12 months. I was anticipating half frozen Costco cheesecake tasting slightly of freezer burn but this was truly phenomenal. I’ll definitely order from here again.

I was pleasantly surprised when on a normal office day, two reps from Antonio’s walked in with samples for us to try! I like the fact that they have a delivery option because sometimes the office gets so busy we stick to ordering in. They provided us with a cheese pizza, salad, pasta, and a meatball. The pizza was very good, but the pasta was my favorite! The salad was okay, and I didn’t eat any meatballs because I’m not a fan. But this honestly worked out perfectly because we didn’t have a regular pizza place we all enjoyed! Will definitely order from here in the future.

On a rare rainy day in LA, my daughter and I discover Antonio’s while searching for something warm and yummy. Classic Italian from the red & white checkered table cloths to the dark wood paneled walls in the dim lit space, we munched on Fettucino Alfredo and their amazing(and I mean amazing) pizza. It seemed that we had an entire family waiting on us… a mother, a son and a daughter while we caught glimpses of the father behind the counters of the kitchen. The restaurant was empty other than us, but we received just the right amount of attentiveness and privacy. We’ll definitely return again… regardless of the weather!

Came here for the first time and will definitely be back. Our server was so great, we felt like she owned the place. All of her suggestions were on point. The Pizza was delish(we did a staple, margarita style) and the spicy pasta she suggested was to die for. You have to try the Risotto Balls! They are amazing! Loved the interior of this place as well. All in all its the Perfect low key Italian restaurant!

Went on X-mas eve for the gluten free pizza and loved the place to death! Has an authentic old school vibe, friendly staff, good prices and the pizza was so yummy!

The place is a little piece of Italy. It is like a trip in Ventura Blvd. Excellent food and very taste table wine of the house. Yo don’t need to spend a lot of money to eat very well in adorable place, trust me! The calamaris were so good! Nice service!

This is one of those places that really disappointed me. I was hoping for some good authentic Italian food but instead I received white rice for a risotto. The service was good but I guess it would be hard not to have good service when I’m the only one in the restaurant. Again I’m very disappointed in this place and I hope they find a chef that actually knows what a risotto is in the future.

We ordered some really basic items. A chicken Parmesan sandwich, an order of fried mozzarella, and a side of spaghetti. The sandwich was like eating a piece of rubber. All the cheese stuck to the wrapping. The fried mozzarella was inedible. A hunk of old-looking cheese with almost no marinara sauce. Looked disgusting. Straight to the bin. Even the spaghetti was poor. The marinara sauce was watery. Awful! Won’t be dining here again.

Great Pizza! Great service! Since moving to the neighborhood, I needed to find a go to pizza establishment and Antonio’s is it! Not only is the pizza amazing, the staff is friendly, and the beer selection is on point. Won’t get pies from anywhere else in Sherman Oaks A

Yummm, had the Garlic Fried Gnocchi and one HUGE meatball. I think their entrée portions should be shared but oh well… get big America!

I checked in and got a free side of risotto balls. They were super delicious but not my cup of tea. I came for the pizza! Boy howdy! Their pizza is amazing! Bottom of the crust is fully cooked and even crisp which is how I like it. The pepperoni is god but the sausage is fantastic. The top of the dough is soft and yummy while the crust has some wonderful bite and texture. As a first timer I think it’s safe to say I found my go to pizza place in S.O.

Shared a large pepperoni and sausage pie with my guys, it was fresh, warm and tasty! Service was quick and friendly. The décor of the place is fun! I know we’ve been here many moons ago for a school fundraiser and the place was crazy busy, on a calm evening it was enjoyable. We walked over so dealing with parking is not something we faced. My recommendation is, if you live within a 2 or so mile radius walking anywhere is your number one option, why drive and worry about paying meters, valet or searching for a spot. Most every residential street in this area is permit parking only so take a stroll to burn off some of the carbs you’ll consume here. We look forward to returning and checking out a couple other menu items, but sticking to just the pie was a great idea and didn’t disappoint. It’s also fun when restaurants have Unilocal specials — check in and you’ll get a free order of risotto balls. These were ok, dipping my pizza crust in the leftover marinara was better!

Had the Pasta Rossa, Risotto Balls and the margherita(or was it cheese?) pizza. Long story short, i really liked it! Not giving it 5 stars because it did not have that«epic» impression as soon as you take a bite. But it was good nonetheless. And i would totally come back when i am in the area. Atmosphere is nice, looks good and clean. Servings are generous. Staff is nice. My italian friend from Italy liked it. So yeah. Nice work guys.

I’m from the West Valley where pizza is how shall I say, notta so good. The decent places near me will not deliver because I’m out of their delivery zone by a 1⁄8 of mile or so. Shit! I’m stuck in the«No Delivery Pizza Zone». I will travel for good pizza, I have no choice. You Sherman Oaks folks got it good. Jealous am I. Antonio’s is a great old school Italian restaurant with tons of charm. Try and find parking in the back. Otherwise it can be a challenge. I had to go around the block twice but luckily one of the spaces in back opened up. I don’t think they do this but it would very cool if they could come out to the car for take out orders like Lido Pizza. Hard not pulling over on the way home to open that box and take a big bite of that pizza. It smelled great. Any hassle with parking was soon forgotten when I did finally try it. Wow, this was good pizza! Loved the Italian sausage they use. Real sausage, not those rabbit pellets you see at some other places. I also ordered a small Antipasto Salad which was very good. This place is doing it right. Got to come back and sit down for dinner with the family soon. Mangia Bene! (Eat Well)
