Went into to this store last night. The cashier was extremely friendly and had a great attitude. There was a few people in the store, however she acknowledged me right away (which i love, love, love) and apologized for the delay (which I didn’t mind). She was quick in getting my shoes and a pleasure to deal with. Unlucky for me both pairs that i tried on fit me, wahhh! So I had to purchase both… necessities!!!
I’m happy they made it an easy process and I blame her for my purchase, so sorry mom!!!

I went in to this store a few days ago to exchange a pair of flats that were too big. I informed one of the associates that I couldn’t find the receipt but just needed a different size — she said no problem.
Multiple associates helped me and made the process so easy — exchanges or returns can be so tricky at other places.
I even left with an extra pair, that’s what great customer service can do! Thanks to Shay (?) for all your help!

I got a new pair of boots from here today and I want to thank the sales associate. She was very helpful. She went back and forth getting so many shoes for me (because I am very indecisive). She then helped me pick out the intyce boots and they are so extremely cute! I love them.

Literally one of the worst service experiences of my life. I was so turned off by the lazy attitude of the sales girl (blonde wearing a dingy white blaze) that I went to every other store in the mall to try to find a pair of shoes… alas I had to go back and purchase them here. It made me sick to do it… seriously terrible service with no apology for being slow and/​or not communicating well.
Terrrrrible. Only hope it gets better as they hire more staff to this location. With 3 – 4 customers in the store you should pause your phone call no matter if you’re reporting your sales numbers or hiring someone. So bad.

This Steve Madden is just ok. They have most of the usual SM styles. Whenever I pass by this store it is almost always empty. Recently they’ve been having a lot of promotions — probably for the holiday season. I walked in a few days ago and got to spin a wheel that either got me 20% off, 25% off, 30% off, or BOGO ½ off. I went in yesterday and they had scratch cards with the same amounts.
If you ever receive a sale/​promo coupon, make sure the shoes you are buying qualify for the promotion. I am DYING to get a pair of the Troopa combat boots, but they are ALWAYS excluded. Look on the bottom of the shoes and if it has a sticker that says «NOT INCLUDED,» then it won’t be part of the deal. It’s annoying because all of their most popular shoes are not included.
