Great sushi for the price. I come here often and I have never been disappointed. I do recommend this place because it has a relaxing environment and most of the dishes are good.

friendly service, delicious sushi. the plates are color coordinated where the spicy entrees are in red plates. $ 3 per plate, cash only, walk-ins are welcomed. right off of Ventura Blvd. Casual, comfortable atmosphere where there’s music & television playing in the background. Great place to take friends, family, and co-workers to.

Great sushi, ever greater price! 3 bucks a plate. You can’t beat that with a baseball bat!

Made to order sushi, $ 3 per plate, CASHONLY. The sushi is decent, they have some nigiri fish(i only tried the salmon which wasn’t bad). The sushi rolls and hand rolls aren’t too shabby. Not top tier but if you like the Cali Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, you’re in luck. Service is easy… and fast. Just reminder CASHONLY.

An amazing spot for a quick bite. Also the prices can not be beat for the type of service you will receive here. Been coming once a week for the last year and half.

I found this place while I went to school in the area! Love love love it, and with $ 3 you can’t go wrong. Beware, they do close for 30 mins a day to restock, so plan accordingly.

This place has been around for years and I’ve loved it for the longest time. However recently the quality has gone way down. I used to order spicy tuna all the time but now it just has a very fishy taste so I don’t order that anymore. Today I ordered the eel and even that was very fishy. I’ve never had fishy eel before being that it usually comes frozen and it’s hard to have old eel but I guess their quality control is gone. I’ll definitely give this place another try because they have the best sauce but don’t be intimidated to return your sushi if it tastes fishy…

Note: they are now closed from 4 – 5. The hostess rudely told me when I walked in right at 4:30 that it was not her job to change their hours on the websites. I love the sushi, but service goes a LONG way.

I used to come here in high school alll the timmeee bc it was so cheap! Havent been in years, and it’s just as good as i remember. Obvioussllyyy it’s not phenomenally fresh sushi… but that’s not what you come here for. It’s quick, delicious, and really really affordable. its perfect for a solo lunch any day of the week, i came after a day of errands in the area and i was so happy to relive this yummy nostalgia.

The sushi here is the cheapest quality. The quality of the fish used to be better however it became worse. Obviously for $ 3 a roll your not going to get something great quality. The only good things about this restaurant is that there spicy mayo and eel sauce is amazing

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years and its my favorite sushi spot. Their rolls are $ 3 whether you get sashimi, an appetizer or any specialty roll. I am so happy I live close to here. The staff is always pleasant and the menu never changes so I always ensure I get what I’m craving!

The staff is super friendly and it’s a wonderful place for you and a co-worker to go and sit for lunch. The atmosphere is calm, but yet lively. As family and friends greet each other they join the other patrons in a circle surrounding two Sushi Masters. With each Sushi my mouth exploded with excitement as the hot and cold ingredients blended together. At $ 3 per plate your wallet will stay fat while your belly stays trimmed eating such a healthy meal. Just Remember CASHONLY… not to worry if you forget, there is a ATM on site. You might have to pay a bank fee. Highly recommend this site

Fresh & delicious sushi in a casual environment. Lots of choices to choose from and they’re all $ 3 a plate. Inexpensive and fast. It’s the only sushi place I go to.

I won’t go back. Felt sick for a while after eating. Everything is premade, wrapped in plastic wrap and thrown in a fridge. GOTOKULASUSHI in Westwood or Los angeles, it’s the same price for much much higher quality sushi.

Sushi Mac is located at a strip mall on Ventura Blvd with its own parking lot. Though this lot seem to be always completely full, I never seem to have any problems finding a spot here thought i’ve been here 3 different times. This place is like fast food Japanese. Picked at least 7 different«safe» and common sushis and it arrived very quickly. Food will likely not blow your mind but is definitely very good comfort food. Prices are not that bad.

Fast food sushi with a low price tag. Sushi Mac always delivers on that promise, at least. The chefs are good at what they do; they can turn out rolls faster than you can say hello. Their more popular rolls(california rolls, spicy tuna rolls, etc.) are all pre-made in the back by other workers, so those are always ready to rock and roll. That being said, they’re not always the freshest, so you won’t often see me ordering those(even for just $ 3!). Spicy. Dynamite. Mac. Roll. It’s the shit. I always have to get one. Four pieces of warm, gooey glory with a non-fishy taste. You’re basically eating a little bite of cardiac arrest, but WHOCARES. WORTHIT. Sometimes I get the spicy scallop roll, since it’s pretty decent. All their sushi is okay for a quick fix. It’s nothing you haven’t had before, and most of the time it’s a step up from Ralph’s or whatever grocery store you’re paying $ 8 to eat sushi at(wtf? WHYDOYOUDOTHIS?!). The service, however, is completely nonexistent. Numerous times have I sat down to seats with no little plates for sauces, empty condiment containers(gari, wasabi, spicy mayo), and trash. The servers are only around to seat you and take your money at the end. No drink refills(I actually got up to get more water for myself twice last time) and no pleasantries; it’s like DIY sushi. You may as well not even have a server working there. Save the minimum wage. Seriously. Plus points for free parking in the lot, but boooooooo cash only! What is this, 1980? I get you’re trying to «keep food prices low,» but you could try a little harder with the rest of your establishment.

Sushi for only $ 3 a plate? Give me 3 – 4 plates please! While the quality of sushi isn’t the greatest, you get what you pay for and won’t be disappointed. What I really like about this place is that it serves all of the basic sushi rolls and you can try multiple items without breaking your wallet. I recommend the spicy tuna roll(8 piece), spicy california(8 piece), shrimp tempura(4 piece), and the spicy dynamite(4 piece). Cheap sushi with many options!
