Went here for brunch today with my husband and babies. The waitress seemed nice but service was slow. Maybe she was busy with other tables? When she brought the bread I asked about the ingredients because my daughter has a few allergies. She replied«it’s baked with stuff,» then asked if I wanted her to take it away. After we finally ordered, our food seemed to take forever. At least 40 min. When it came my husband’s food was cold and mine looked like it has sat for quite awhile. I got the crab hash that had hollandaise and the sauce had congealed. The potatoes were overcooked and dry. The waitress forgot to ask what kind of toast so she chose white for me. The person who brought the food didn’t bring any jam for the toast or offer condiments. The waitress finally came back and I asked for the jam but she hurried away as I was asking for ketchup and hot sauce so we had to do without. It was just not good.

Super Super annoyed by the Staff here. This place is a MISS when it comes to SERVICE. HOWEVER, my loyalty to The Cheesecake Factory REMAINS! Over the years I have had great experiences at the Multiple locations of Cheesecake Factory:(Beverly Hills, Irvine, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, Sherman Oaks, Cerritos, Santa Monica, Canoga Park) … and I’ve always noticed the same thing… THESERVICECANREALLYBRINGDOWNYOUREXPERIENCEHERE to the point you don’t want to go back for several months, which can be great by going out to more non-chain restaurants to explore what ELSE is really out there :) The food here will always be consistent, so if you find that one dish you love, that is what you will continue to get :) The cheesecakes are great and each with its own intense flavor. This place has to-go service, but if you get cheesecakes to go you may not get all the extra toppings or extra decorative chocolate slashes that goes with it when you dine in. If you have a complaint, the managers are usually accommodating unless you get that one manager who’s going to be RUDE and try to make it like you’re the problem. This place is good for huge parties, if it’s your birthday the staff will come out and Sing Happy Birthday… and this is usually the place I get invited to when family or friends are having a Birthday Party Dinner. Alls I got I say it SHAPEUPYOURSERVICE And show how awesome your chain restaurants are!!!

It was a Wednesday, @4pm, a party of 10, including 3 toddlers & we wanted to eat outside. Hostess #1, says that she will have to check with manager to see if we can be seated outside. Hostess #2, says that it is not a problem, & to give them a few minutes. Hostess #3, walks us to a table inside. Then I ask to speak with the Manager, who says we can wait for a table outside for 20 minutes but the service may not be good. Needless to say, we went to eat right across the way to El Torito Grill & not only were we seated right away, to an outside table, but our waiter and the food was exceptional! Now I remember why I have only frequented The Cheesecake Factory two times, in the 11 years, that I have lived in CA.

What can you say, Cheesecake is the ultimate corporate restaurant. Top of the food chain. Haters will say what they want but it’s still the best food and service out there. I think I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and never have had a bad experience. I’m the type of guy that feels that the more you pay for something, the more you should expect from the establishment that is charging you! Cheesecake always delivers a top rated experience for me and my family. There were three of us and the bill came out to about $ 65 which I gladly paid because it made me and my family happy to be there. If they’re happy, I’m happy!

Update for 6÷16÷16 visit: I really like this place. I often go here to celebrate birthdays in my family. This time it was my mom’s first visit and it was her birthday. Our experience was ok not so great and it wasn’t awful. However, my to-go cakes(leftovers), weren’t packed well. They were just dumped upside down. So when I got home, looking forward to eating it at midnight, I opened it and found it all unappetizing. Such poor service… Probably management can do something about this. Thank goodness I didn’t order additional cakes… ****** Love this place and the food. The cakes are to die for… Hehehehe…

Terrible. Went in before our movie and sat out on the patio for 10 minutes and not even one server came to take our order or check on us. Rude and they were not even busy.

I worked for this Evil corporation for 6 god damn years. I busted my ass making sure«little billy» had his precious birthday sundae. I almost had multiple aneurysms making sure«bettsy sue» had her ranch for the bread. I know all the in’s and out’s of this Corporate monster you feel so inclined to visit only so you can smash your face up against the glass to get a better look at the Oreo cheesecake. You’re animals. Every last one of ya!

Food is good. Drinks are good. Wait time, not so good. Sanitation, bad. SANITATION: Dirty utensils. DISGUSTING! That shouldn’t happen point period. When I asked for second pair… DIRTY! Finally the third set of utensils were clean. WAITTIME: I’ve waited 45minutes to 1hr minimum to be seated(and it wasn’t so busy.) FYI, when you come here, come with time. Overall, the only bad thing is the dirty utensils. Makes you think how clean the plates are before they serve your food on them. Or how clean the cups are before they serve your drink. Get the idea???

Ricardo B is an awesome server! He did a great job, was attentive, friendly, and made a great recommendation for the angelhair & shrimp pasta on the lighter menu. It was perfect! The shrimp were perfectly prepared and the pasta was aldente and had a delicious light sauce. I have had alright experiences at different Cheesecake Factory’s but this one rarely disappoints. Thanks Ricardo for the best service :)

The review is specifically on take out orders. This is my go to place whenever I am within the area, I called within an hour before closing time so that would give them time to prepare the food and saves me from the stress of thinking that they are gonna spit on my food. Why would they do that right? its cheesecake factory?!! Apparently that is not the case, you cant expect someone to be sympathetic towards another human being. We picked up the order and started eating, after dipping the cuban rolls on its sauce we found a rubber band bigger than the container!!! I never thought that a restaurant with this caliber would have a setback like this.

The Cheesecake Factory has it’s «ups and downs». While the food itself is fantastic(I have yet to try anything here that I don’t find absolutely delicious), the cheesecakes, shockingly, are just«mediocre at its best». I have tried the«Chocolate Mousse», it was«ok». I have tried the«Snicker Bar Cheesecake», also just«ok». «Hershey’s», just ok, you get the idea… The cheesecakes are just generic in taste. Maybe I am just a dessert snob, but something is definitely lacking in the flavor. Sometimes they’re passable, and sometimes they altogether disappoint. From my experience, I deem the downfall to be the cheesecake base itself. I can never taste the cheesecake creaminess of these desserts, even though they are cheesecakes. The consistency is just lacking, unfortunately. Oh well, can’t win them all. I will give praise where it’s deserved though; the Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake is a sweet lover’s dream. From the chocolate truffle topping, to the caramel pecan coating, and the brownie crust, this one is meant for the books. Also, any of the other«specialty desserts» are pretty spot on. Linda’s Fudge Cake, Chocolate Tower Cake, and any chocolate cake in general will put you in a gut busting, sugar coma for hours. Now, for the food. I have ventured out from something as «health oriented» as «The Glam Veggie Burger» to the heartier entrees like, yes, you know it… the pastas! All great, especially the ones drowning in rich, cheeses sauces(to my recollection as it has been years since my last, cheese heavy pasta here). Recently, I tried the«Cajun Jambalaya Pasta» and was blown away. The flavors, the variety of crisp veggies, the sauce itself, will have you wanting to finish the entire plate bite after bite, but you won’t be able to. No need to mention this as it is «The Cheesecake Factory», but you definitely get your buck’s worth in food. So much food! Leftovers! Service is great considering how mainstream and packed this place gets on weekends and even some weeknights. So, all in all, I recommend The Cheesecake Factory for a nice meal out with friends whether you’re looking to socialize, get your drink and greasy munch on, or even for something more formal like a birthday dinner or what not. My recommendation; come early or make reservations(assuming this is an option) if you want to avoid the daunt of waiting(another well known down side to this chain). You’ll most likely have a pleasant time.

I don’t know where and how to start my review. I haven’t been to Cheesecake Factory in almost a year and a half. I used to go there quite often in the past with family and friends. Due to financial reasons I stopped eating out most of the time. On May the 2nd2016, I happened to be in the area and I was starving. I decided to go there since I was close to the shopping center. I walked in and there was no wait, there usually is a long wait, but since it was kind of late on a Monday, no holidays or special events… so I was seated within 5 minutes. There comes a cheerful lady… my server Marisela with a confident, pleasant, nice, professional, and knowledge attitude to take my order. I kid you not, I thought she has been working there for years. That’s how good she knew her job, but yet, I found out that she has been there for only 2 months. WOW!!! Shout out to Marisela:)) I ordered their Steak Diane Salmon Combo that came with asparagus and a little House Salad with ranch dressing. My meal tasted DELICIOUS! DIVINE! Not to mention that I was hungry the whole entire day. I was taking small bites, because I didn’t want my food to finish:) that’s how good it tasted. Marisela kept checking back with me to find out how I was doing and refilled my soft drink twice and asked if I needed any more bread and butter. She was just WONDERFUL in every way and made my dining experience EXCEPTIONAL! I wish almost all restaurants can have great service like Cheesecake Factory does. After I was done with my meal, she asked if I wanted to have dessert, but I refused her offer since I was soooo full. Now, people whoever has had their cheesecake you know how goooooood it is, but I had no room for it. I paid my tab and left her more than 20% tip, because she deserved it! I left to go to the bathroom and I didn’t like what I saw, the bathroom was not very clean and they had a small roll of toilet paper. However I am NOT going to take down one of my stars, just because of that. I hope the staff will be more on top of their maintenance in the restroom. Beautiful restaurant, comfortable, setting/lighting, good food, nice music, clean atmosphere and that is all I can say for now. Will definitely be back soon and I hope to get the same server… Marisela.

One of my favorite Cheesecake Factory locations! Super easy to get to even from the Westside which is great. The staff here is quite friendly. The hostesses work hard to get you seated and the servers all seem very knowledgeable about the menu(that is forever changing) which I appreciate. I enjoy the bar area here if I don’t feel like waiting for a regular table. There is ALWAYS a wait here 24⁄7 and booth seating is hard to come by(I hate that stupid half table/half booth seating you’re sharing with strangers) so I have to knock off 1 star for both of those things. However, overall, dining here is yummy & convenient.

I’m not sure why I’m even reviewing Cheesecake Factory– by now, most people have visited it before? I remember when the chain first opened and I loved coming here, but now it’s just alright. There are certainly better options, but Cheesecake Factory is always a safe choice. They have a huge menu, with pastas, burritos, burgers– you name it. The cheesecake selection is also extensive, as you could probably tell by the name– so this place is great for cheesecake lovers. I came to this Sherman Oaks Galleria location about a week ago with my coworker and a mutual friend for dinner. I just parked in the shopping plaza’s parking structure… make sure to validate your ticket! It cost $ 1 with validation. We came on Wednesday night around 6:30pm and didn’t have to wait. It definitely gets more packed throughout the night. I ordered my usual — the Farfalle with Chicken and Garlic(Bow-Tie Pasta, Chicken, Mushrooms, Tomato, Pancetta, Peas and Caramelized Onions in a Roasted Garlic-Parmesan Cream Sauce). The entrees are pretty pricey(I think mine was $ 16 – 17) but the portions are huge and I had enough for my dinner and 2 lunches. The pasta is tasty, but definitely on the fattier/heavy side. It’s also super garlic-y. This is my go-to item, but I probably will try something else next time. The pasta was drenched in oil after I reheated the leftovers.yuck. I also got the banana cream cheesecake to-go, which was about $ 8. So expensive! I could buy an entire pie at Marie Callendar’s for that price. Lol. But it was pretty good… tasted like banana cream pie but in cheesecake form. Overall, Cheesecake Factory is okay. I like this chain better than most, but it’s still not my favorite restaurant to eat at.

Everybody knows this place. Who doesn’t love cheesecake. But just because you have cheesecake doesn’t mean you score 5 stars, Ceesecake Factory! When you are keeping people waiting in a crowded lobby for well over an hour with nothing to do but stare at a glass case full of salted caramel cheesecake, toasted marshmallow smores gallore cheesecake, lemon raspberry cheesecake, chocolate mousse cheesecake, and oreo dream deluxe cheesecake, that costs you a star. When your meal is cold and dried out that costs you another star. And when you have to rush your meal so that you can make it to your movie on time, you lose yet another star. Yes the food is cheap and yes the portions are huge but let’s be honest. The only reason for going here is for that wonderful, beautiful, cheesecake. The thing that cheeses me off the most is that we didn’t have enough time for cheesecake.

This review is only for my drink. There was a 1 ½ hour wait to sit(@ the bar) so I just grabbed my usual well mannered dirty, dirty with extra olives & stood and drank & drank and stood. It never lets me down! Decided to go for round 2& had a strawberry martini(friend had a hibiscus martini) both are very good but the strawberry one is diabolically strong. Oh well, someone has to drink it, might as well be me! ;)

Super date night here using up Christmas gift cards. We walked in on a busy Saturday night but didn’t have to wait too long since we opted to sit outside. Started with an order of buffalo wings which were cooked to perfection. Large wings that were extra crunchy and served with some potent blue cheese dressing. Next we ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburgers and asked for them to be lettuce wrapped and had cesar salads instead of french fries. This burger is hands down the best thing at The Cheesecake Factory. Thick pork belly, crispy bacon and a huge burger loaded with cheese. The burger was so filling that we didn’t even have room for the salad. Service was great, nice and attentive. Tons of refills too.
