They always have a great atmosphere. I usually come to eat here at around 2−3am when there’s less people. Highly recommend.

My eggs Benedict came out with a hard yolk and I asked them to take it back and Juan the manager brought it back out to me and it was perfect. He even gave me a 20% discount on the bill. Thanks Juan for making my Saturday morning breakfast amazing!

Wow, what a change in service and food quality. The waiter only gave me a cup of coffee but never came around for refills and originally my coffee was not hot– I ordered my T bone steak medium rare and weirdly one half if the steak was cooked properly but the other side wasn’t– before I ordered the steak I had asked the waiter if the beef quality was good in which he replied that it was very good– the steak quality was selected from the bottom of the barrel– The other unfortunate experience is that upon entering the restaurant itself was blaring with Mexican music– I literally had to peruse the restaurant for a table of mariachi band that must have been singing aloud despite how miserable sounding the loud music and workers yelling in Spanish to other workers. Solution: turn off the music– one cook was even singing loudly to the Spanish music, I thought I was in a hacienda. Never once was I asked if I wanted a cup of coffee but when I mentioned it to the waiter after an hour of sitting, he advised me that there was a carafe of coffee filled at my table-​it would have been nice to know because I seriously never noticed it. The steak and 3 eggs where as I was only given two runny eggs were $ 15.00 plus was horrible. Well the manager took $ 9.00 off my meal– yet, nothing I ordered was edible but ½ inch of the steak. Eggs were not over medium and were runny. So I spike with the manager myself where I advised him that I was being charged for three eggs where there were two, I was forced to listen to the cooks sing while cooking in the kitchen, Spanish greatest hits and can only say that my experience was an epic failure! He then made the decision not to charge me.

I always associated Ihop with a negative stigma. It reminds me of a super cheap, hill billy low class diner with bad taste and low quality food. however I would find myself here eating egg whites and unlimited coffee to study since it’s open ²⁴⁄₇ and I had a lot of studying to do (boo no wifi but I made it work). I surprisingly felt safe even if it was late at night/​early morning.
However it has been a long while since then and today I happened to have to drop someone off across the street and I was hungry looking for a place to go over a few things. «Should I like go to IHOP?!» I asked myself.
So basically my experience went like this:
Parking was easy
I walked in and its pretty crowded but there was SOO many people working there that I did not feel a decrease in service. i was greeted by a bunch of the workers and although the place is really small and I kept getting crammed walking past the kitchen, everything else was pretty good (clean single bathroom). I ordered a salad and a drink which I am kinda surprised, tasted pretty good…
Now for the reason I am writing this review:
My bill plus tip came out to over 20 effing dollars… for a drink and salad…
at IHOP…
I actually decided to come here because I felt like I was spending too much at the whole foods hot bar and nice sushi eateries but I mine as well of gone there anyways… however it was actually an ok experience… although i was shocked by my bill. Dine Equity owns IHOP and they are actually a pretty good mid cap company in my opinion… id probably suggest investing in it at this point after what i witnessed today. They are attracting A LOT of customers at all times of the day and the prices aren’t even that good and they aren’t even paying a lot for ambiance (everything is outdated yet clean) and these waiters cant be paid THAT much compared to these other more bougie hot spots SOOO they must be making some good profits over there…
oh and they never rush me despite brining my lap top in here all the time and working. I was hoping by the end of this review I would know how many stars to give them… but I cant even tell if I like them or not. 3.65 stars!

Really crazy that an IHop has better service then most very expensive restaurants i go to. Owners should learn how to run a place from here. Very friendly servers and manager is fantastic! He always is welcoming, makes sure service is great and you have a great experience. Shame more places cant be this way. Not sure what has happened to good service anymore.

Love this this I hop! Always get great service and a nice meal. Really love the new crunchy French toast they brought to the menu, and of course there classic buttermilk pancakes. Great coffee, have to admit I prefer the coffee at this ihop occasionally more then coffee shop coffees.

I ordered some harvest pancakes Plain by phone … And when i get there the y put strawberries and whipped cream … The worst service… 30 min for some pancakes … Not coming back

Had not been to an Ihop for quite a while now, as I drive in to work today I spot one on my way in to work and decide to stop im. I was greeted by a young lady, tells me to sit anywhere I’d like. She brings me coffee and as I always remember it Hot & Delicious (Better Coffee Than Starbucks), she was not my waitress though a gentleman by the name of Mauricio was .
Food: Simple! Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns and the delectable Strawberry & Cream Crepes, all items fresh and delicious. Not to mention my good was out before I even read 3 sentences on the sports page, very quick, hot and ready to devour. It is funny how you just tend to forget about some restaurants and how good theh always have been, I will for sure be back soo.
Service: Excelent, by my waiter Mauricio not once did he pass by my table and not acknowledge me and ask if all was good and if I was in need of anything. Very nice service, truly a gentleman, respectful and on point with his service. I did not give it 5 stars because of the waitress who sat me, she seemed a bit not on the happy side, no smile to greet me (Not That I Must Expect It But Always Nice, Specially At 7 am) I must say that she did improve her service with the other clients she was taking care of so I cannot be to harsh on her. If you come in to eat and Mauricio is on duty and want excelent service aak to be seated in his section as if when I come back here I will do just that.
Come on in and enjoy a good, delicious breakfast with some really good coffee when in this area.

Bad service from Carlos, the waiter, on Sunday morning. March 20, 2016 @ 5 a.m. Wow, heading into IHOP at 5 a.m., no line, thinking I will be waited on promptly. Nope, I may have waited for Easter and would have been waited on much quicker. We were the third group of customers at IHOP. After being seated and given the menu, I realized I was given the wrong menu as I did not see any crepes on the menu. After 10 mins. in, Carlos came by to take our drink order and I asked for the correct menu. Long story short
— after 15 min in, the coffee arrived to the table.
— One of the groups of customers return the food as it was cold.
— After 50 min in and no breakfast, order place 20 mins in, we got up, paid $ 10.43 for two coffees and chocolate milk.
— We left very unsatisfied due to Carlos, the waiter.
This is not my first time at this IHOP, but next time I see Carlos on the floor, I will just have to get back into the car and head elsewhere.

Friendly staff, easy parking in a large lot. Great for a late night breakfast. Eggs and pancakes are always prepared exactly as ordered.

Came here before I went to six flags for a quick bite with some friends and the hostess was pretty nice.
Our server was okay, I forgot her name but would remember her face she was very impatient and made these face gestures at us every time we would ask her a question about an item on the menu.
She wasn’t worth complaining about, we still tipped her though since it’s just something I always do.
She should really work on her customer service!

Very friendly staff. Great service!!! Food arrived quickly. The restaurant was full on Sunday morning and they still managed to provide excellent customer service.

Best tasting pancakes I’ve ever eaten, whether or not at a chain – beats some of the more expensive places. The Butter Pecan syrup is amazing and their stuffed french toast as well as their blueberry pancakes are also quite good. Especially if you have the pancakes in their Smokehouse combo. They also make great omelets and breakfast sandwiches (including their imitation «Moons over My Hammy»). Their salads are also quite good.
This particular restaurant unfortunately suffers from a small, shared parking lot that can be difficult to find a spot in (if you can ride with someone, get out and help by checking in while your driver goes find parking. The line can be super long with wait times approaching 25 minutes). Some of the tables have an awkward setup where you’re on the other side of a wall that, in the middle, allows you to see across to the people on the other side. Those minor issues not withstanding, we’re long-​time repeat customers here.

Avoid this IHOP at all cost. I was told there would be a 10 – 15 minuet wait. I was by myself. Waited 25 minuets. Noticed everyone being seated who had just walked in. Asked if she had forgotten about me. She said since I was solo she was waiting for a booth for me and that I would have to wait another 10 – 15 minuets. I was finally seated after another 20 min. Ate my breakfast and then fell ill about two hours later. I was throwing up for three days. I know it was because of thier for because of the timing! Thank IHOP for the worst experience of my life and may God have mercy on your soul!

Always the greatest service and the food is simply wonderful. They may be a chain restaurant but they act like a mom and pop place!

Me and my bestfriend come here for breakfast on our late days for work. I love coming here the customer service is great and the food is timely. However it’s so small that the place is so small like the walking space and booths are so close to each other. But it’s a nice place to have breakfast just needs to expand the area size.

Food was delicious. But service was slow.
Felt invisible to the waiters just to get a refill on water. Food took longer to come out than expected, and it was a slow day.

I love having breakfast here on weekend mornings but this place is way too chaotic. There are too many children crying and nagging– more than I can handle.
When it’s too crowded the servers are hard to hunt down and you don’t get good service.

IHop has lost the art of making pancakes. Evidently their batter now is pre-​packaged and not fresh. The result is pancakes that pull apart and are dry, mirco wave quality. It is not difficult to make pancake batter. Sad for a restaurant called International House of Pancakes. Maybe they forgot.

I went to this I hop at about 9:30am and it was pretty crowed but our waitress came to us rather quickly and took our order which we received in about 10mins which was very surprising considering how crowded they were. Our waitress was very attentive asking us if we needed refills or anything else the manger even came over to see how everything was and if we needed anything. My overall experience was great here our service was quick and the employee’s were very friendly. And the food was delicious. I recommend this I hop to anyone looking to have a great breakfast in a uplifting atmosphere.
