This salon was a welcoming relief from the generic chains. My stylist, Michelle, was warm and supportive. She knew exactly what I requested and delivered to a T. The receptionist was welcoming and offered bottled water. I will return to this salon because of the quality service and friendly staff.

Best facial experience I’ve ever had! My appointment was with Michelle. Pedicure was nice, but for me, not worth the price. Overall, great place, highly recommended!

Pros –ambiance –location –Aveda Cons –Cost for average spa service quality –Staff Friendliness(although my technician was incredibly kind, the welcome in was less than warm) –I used a Spa Finder gift card and was told my $ 20 coupon from Aqua could not be used with it although the restrictions on the coupon didn’t mention it and it wasn’t explained why I couldn’t Little details could improve the experience: –serving water & tea in real glasses vs plastic cups –a warm welcome upon entry vs blank stares and resumed water cooler talk $ 60 pedicure $ 43 for eyebrow design & tint I will stick to Brow Betty + casual pedicure down the road

Great Salon. Nice people. They got me in for my first visit quickly. I always seek out Aveda Salons and would recommend this one. Andi does a great job on my hair. I look forward to my visits. I think you will too. The salon is in a beautiful, natural setting. Thank you!

I use to go here all the time but since I moved into town Shawna has left the salon and now it sucks! I had Ellese cut and color my hair. I think she burned it with the straightener. Not going back again. And she was very quiet. No talking at her chair.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the last 2 years or so. I’ve only seen two stylists here, one who has moved on. I’ve gotten great highlights, which have been hard for other salons to achieve on my hair in the past. My gal is quick and efficient and does a great job. I’ve gone regularly on Fridays after work and Saturdays. No matter what time I am there, the place is a bit of a ghost town which does make me wonder why. Other than that, I leave with a great hair cut. I feel like over the past two years, the prices have gone up quite a bit. I am considering a new place due to this reason.

If I could give it a lower rating I would — it was the worst experience ever. There was a problem with the power supply — no hot water, lights blowing constantly and if more than one hair drier was being used it shorted the fuse. I was still charged full price for a horrid experience and what makes the whole thing worse is that the owner/operator knew they had power problems that weren’t even scheduled to get fixed that day when I booked the appointment. The staff seemed nice but I most definitely won’t be back.

I have so enjoyed my massages and pedicures I have head there. Love sitting waiting for my massage by having my feet soaking in hot water!

Used to love Shauna and was always happy with her cuts. When I called last week and was told she was gone and they wouldn’t tell me where(I am like the last reviewer who had this same experience), it is so not classy and I don’t believe for a minute that they don’t know where she went. I tried a new person and got a bad cut although she insisted she had«followed the previous cut» It looks nothing like the same. To her credit she discounted my fee. I won’t be back.

Only have had my hair done here, but every time I love it. It’s a nice salon and it’s not overly posh(if you catch my drift). Seems clean, and staff is friendly. Prices are good too. I think if you live in the Tigard/Sherwood area you’re getting a «Portland type» salon without having to drive 20 miles. They usually run specials in local advertisements and their website if you’re looking for a deal.

I have not experienced any of the services at this spa/salon, but did stop in recently to check it out. There were a large variety of aveda products arranged very well in the lobby. They even had some men’s products. The space was clean, airy, and had that great aromatherapy-ish smell. Nonetheless, I wont be visiting this place for any spa or salon services, mainly because my impression of the service/folks working there is not good. I went with a coworker during lunch. It was clear that we were just curious, as we picked up two brochures on our way in, and circled the lobby area(quite small) several times. Three women were working at the counter at the time, and not one of them said hello, gave any kind of greeting, or even acknowledged that we were there. Eventually, someone came over and asked if we needed anything. Unfortunately, it was too little too late. If someone cant say hello when I enter their business, I’m certainly not going to let them give me a massage while I’m half naked, cut my hair off, or wax my eyebrows.

I love Aqua! They are very accommodating at the last minute. I’ve used all of their services and have always had a great experience. They pamper and care for you here. I’ve taken my 7-year old daughter in, who is very unrealistic in her expectations for her hair. They are very patient and kind with her, this says a lot, believe me! AND… they have all Aveda products. I LOVE Aveda products! You can’t go wrong with Aqua Salon & Day Spa.
