Links Golf & Athletic Club

Pros:
*Management is good and can be easily reached.
*Washer and dryer in unit.
*Convenient, safe location.
*Large pool.
*Free golf membership. Golf gear rental.
*Club house rental.
*Free gym equipment use.
Cons:
*Maintenance takes forever and does a half-​effort job. Once they left our apartment door wide open. Another time they forgot to turn our breaker back on. They actually painted over all the light sockets.
*The walls/​floors are not well insulated, so we can hear every conversation/​move our neighbors make. In addition, the poor insulation makes the Entergy bill much higher here than my previous house triple the size.
*Extremely limited storage in one bedroom apartment.
*So many cellar spiders, mainly in bathroom. It’s awful.
*Drains overflowed from water heater and ac unit whenever it rained. Our floors/​carpet are always soaked. No one rushes to check it ever. They don’t even care about damage to their own apartments.
