Do not use this business… actually, it’s probably closed as they never answer their phone.
The owner is ignorant!
I have been trying to talk to this lady since the beginning of October to get a refund on my credit card as they closed their doors in Wilsonville, where I live, the week after I bought a package! They keep telling me that I can visit any other location! REALLY? Why the heck would I get in my car and drive 30 minutes away for an 8 minute tan!
All they have to do is return the money that I gave them and I will go away!!!
I hope nobody else has been scammed!

It just gets worse and worse at this place. The owner, Debra, has promised several times to call me back, the manger, Natalie, then promised me a refund, neither of which ever occurred. I called and they make the poor young girl at front desk tell me they are reneging on their promise to refund my money. She was very uncomfortable that they wouldn’t be professional and talk to me themselves. Says the manager doesn’t work there anymore.

Do not do business with Ultimate aka Sanita. Unprofessional, disorganized, they make clerical errors which cost the consumer and refuse to make it right. Owner of Sherwood location has little to zero customer service/​business ethics, skills, so go figure these places are so screwed up.

I went into the Sherwood location about 2 weeks ago for an airbrush tan. I spray tan elsewhere and have for years but because I was going on vacation I wanted to try out an airbrush (I heard they last longer) It was the WORST experience of my life. You stand in there spray tan booth and someone sprays you with a low quality spray gun. I came out blotchy and asked the gal to redo my chest/​neck which was the worst. She did so and it was just as bad as the first time. The worst part is instead of having some kind of fan to dry you off they have you hold a hose blowing stinky air to yourself until you think you are dry. I went home immediately and washed it all off. Went to Tan Republic and just got a Versa spray tan. Super disappointed!!!

I called to schedule an airbrush tan a good week in advance and when I called I was put on hold for a good 5 minutes. When I got off the phone, having «confirmed» my appointment, I didn’t trust that it was really taken care of so I made a point of stopping by 5 days in advance of my appointment to confirm. I was REALLY glad I listened to my instincts because the receptionist couldn’t find any appointment under my name or for me on that specified date and time. So… we started over which was fine — she was really nice and attentive and I left thinking we were good to go. Showed up 5 days later, for my scheduled appointment, and lo and behold for the second time my appointment didn’t exist. This time a girl named Elizabeth was there to help me and she really went above and beyond (even though at this point since they’d really screwed up my expectations for redemption were really high). Elizabeth made things right for me, was super professional and made concessions regarding fault of the company but didn’t talk down about anybody or lay blame on individuals. I was super impressed with HER and very appreciative. Next time, I’ll make sure that Elizabeth books my appointment!

Massage was good, place is nice. purchased a 90 minutesbsession, even though I was 5 mins late, the total minutes I got was 65 mins. I timed it. I guess they were counting the minutes u filled out the paperwork and at the counter…

The high pressure beds are ok but the spray tan is horrible! I tried it at multiple locations and came out streaky and orange at all of them!

This place was horrible!!! The mat in front of spray tan bed was soaked with tanning solution and now the bottoms of my freshly manicured feet are bright orange… The room smelled like sewer. The machine sputtered solution rather than spraying evenly. True night mare!!! The person working laughed and told me to have a nice day!!! DON’T GO HERE THERE ARE GREAT SPRAY TANS AT OTHER PLACES!!!
