The territory manager contacted me and was very understanding and accommodating. She allowed me to get the follow-up appointment and get my prescription.

Great service here. They carefully get the most use of your insurance so that your responsible for less. Had a tough time finding the right contacts. They patiently allowed me to get it right over a course of serveral weeks.

My experience at this location was terrible. Upon making my appointment I informed the girl on the phone that I did have insurance that covered the eye exam only. I was then told to bring my insurance card to the appointment and hung up the phone. When I arrived for my appointment I was told my exam would be $ 79 which is the out of pocket cost and I informed them that I had insurance and was then told that I needed authorization for my insurance to be accepted by them. When I called my own insurance company the woman I spoke had never heard of anything like this before. I went back in the the store to try and resolve the issue and was not even given any other option but to pay the out of pocket cost or reschedule my appointment. The customer service at this location was absolutely horrendous and I am shocked as a person who worked in retail and customer service in the past that I was not even offered another option such as paying the out of pocket and then being reimbursed nothing. I left the store very unhappy and frustrated. I then proceeded to call the corporate customer service number and spoke to a very helpful woman who helped me lodge my complaint and was informed by her that something should have been done to resolve the issue without me walking out of the store. I would recommend with the location confirming all information before you hang up the phone when making an appointment.
