McDonald’s

MickeyDs taste the same almost everywhere. Service here is great considering the asshole customers and «kids» they deal with. Always busy and they always get my order right, can’t beat that!

The layout is absolutely terrible and makes it almost impossible for the staff to do a good job so service is slow and very confused. There is really nowhere to stand while you’re waiting. And it’s dirty. It needs to be closed.

Kind of upsetting when they advertise something and they «don’t have it» and walk away before I can get another word in … Rude.

Officially the worst McDonalds in the country. This place has a terrible layout, awful workers, weird décor, and slow service. I would take the time to drive to any other McDonald’s in the area. I promise that you will regret coming here.

Today was the proverbial straw. This place always has bad customer service and sanitation. Today, I watched a roach crawl up the customer side of the drink machine and head toward the staff side of the counter. I asked for the manager and was told they were busy. So I told the workers present and no one seemed very concerned. I’m not certain they understood me, given the language barrier. However, needless to say, I walked out without getting food.
No stars!

–Refuses to adhere to the company wide all day breakfast policy.
–Served me a big Mac with only one piece of meat.
–Sold me a 20pc McNugget, but wouldn’t give me any sauce with it.
I don’t have high expectations for a McDonald’s location, let’s be honest it’s basically a shame meal. The three things above are out of the normal realms of this experience, and frankly, are beyond the bad service one should expect from this chain.

The Cashier that is working tonight needs to wear gloves when filling fries. I’ve been there a couple of times and she needs to work on being more sanitary. I’ve seen her touch her face /​touch items such as the stick attached to a broom and then handle food.
She could also work on her attitude.

My fries never are fresh and never have salt on them. And my sweet tea is always a hit or miss. I went this Sunday, and the tea smelled and tasted so old, it was so gross! I was so disappointed because I wanted sweet tea so bad, had to make my own.

What’s a non-​cow eater to do when she wins a $ 10 gift card to McD. Buy a filet-​o-​fish sandwich. They’re not bad, actually. A tad small for $ 3-​something, but good enough for a quick meal with a $ 1 any size soda.
That’s half my gift card. Guess I’ll be back. I wish they served their strawberry cream cheese pie all year long. That thing is delicious! I’d buy five of them and be happy all week long.

If I could give half a star I would!!! 2 people in line and 6 people working. The lady packing the bag had all of our food in a bag but needed to finish her conversation before she could pass the bag to her paying customers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Absolutely disgusting. This place has not seen a broom or mop in ages. The first time I went in here, i thought maybe they were just super busy and did not have enough staff to clean up. I came back about a week later and ended up walking out. The floors are sticky and trash all over. They actually had cups and supplies stored in the dining area piled up. I cannot understand how Mcdonalds corporation would put up with this.

I live walking distance from this McDonalds but have only been in there three times, in each time for breakfast. In two of the three instances, the staff got in arguments that were loud, drawn out, and resulted in the staff not helping customers for the duration. There are other McDonalds in the area. Go to one of them.

Going 15mph from VA to MD around many stupid people that speed up when there is plenty of black ice is not the greatest feeling. Of course I wanted a lox bagel… but no place to go along 16^th street. Starving after a 2 hour drive from VA decided to stop by McDonald’s once I hit MD. Things have changed, the big mac still there… they even sell several chicken sandwiches, Angus burgers… still not ready for that. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s since the early 1990s so bear with me. I asked «what happened with the fish fillet? or fillet o’fish.what ever! it wasn’t on the menu with the big picture as I remembered being one of the featured sandwiches… They said is listed, yeah tiny small print!.. so I got one. Also got 4 chicken nuggets just to take me back again to my teens. I got my order, filled up on sweet and sour sauce on the fish sandwich… yeah I always liked it that way and another little container for the nuggs. I still had another hour to get home, so I ate the fish fillet sandwich in 3 bites… exactly as it was before! very soft bread… the fish off centered, a very small slice of cheap american cheese and a dot of tartar… see why I need extra s&s sauce?
Now the nuggets… what happened? did u change the recipe? These were very crispy on the outside and tasted much different. I wasn’t expecting a big air pocket around the crispiness to get to the whatever mush you call chicken! In the past you could use the chicken nuggets as door stoppers just after 3 hours of leaving them in the box. Not that I bought them to savor the best chicken nuggets ever… of course not, just wanted a little comfort and I got a «huh?», whatever McDonald’s if I was going to spend all my calorie intake for the day on this meal, why couldn’t you keep you famous worldwide recipe at this joint!
How disappointing!
I hope you have not changed your strawberry milkshake recipe cause then I will mess with your double arches, turn them upside down and find cardboard cutouts to add T F and tape them overnight… yeah WTF McDonald’s!

This McDonald’s is pretty small and isn’t the nicest in the world. That said, it’s convenient (with plenty of parking) and gets the job done.
