This place sucks don’t use them. It is not worth your time to store here — half the time you can’t get in and when you do, don’t ever have a question. No one ever answers the phone before 10:30 even though they open at 9:30. They are rude and nasty and always on joke time. Stay away.

Reserved a special deal online and was going to come in a few days later to the office to complete my reservation. Dana called me multiple times while I was at work which was very annoying, and when I finally answered she was eager to make me come in and told me I would lose my reservation if I didn’t hurry… To which I told her I could be there in 30 minutes. She said ok…
once I arrived and met Dana she did not speak one word to me and had another employee assist me…
She would talk to this employee about me and tell him what to do with my reservation, not once did she speak to me, greet me or acknowledged me. She was awful. As I sat in the office with her for an extended period of time… Anyway. Anton who helped me out was great. He greeted me and provided great customer service. Anton was honest, respectable and very knowledgable, he drove me around and showed me a few units that might fit my needs. Anton took care of my whole purchasing transaction… And even helped me load boxes into my car. Although Anton works at another location and isn’t usually there I am very grateful that he was there… If not I would have been all sorts of upset…
How do you call me and tell me to come in. I come in almost immediately and then you don’t say one word to me… Awful…

I would definitely recommend this place to rent a unit. Andre was very helpful when I had questions and didn’t understand certain line items. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me line by line and was very eager to help.
