Guess

I went there several times and the guys were very friendly & helpful unlike the Bebe snobs.

I’m not a very fancy person. I don’t shop at these stores nor am I a big «brand name» person. I received a gift and needed to make an exchange. Of course, I pick the snowiest day of the year and park ridiculously far from the store by accident. (I should also mention I’m not a fan of malls like this that are not enclosed, given our extreme weather in Chicago!)
However, the staff here was very nice. I found what I needed, they made the exchange and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Truth be told, they have some really nice stuff here. Even though it’s a little pricey, it seems they discount their merchandise. The jacket I picked out was originally $ 138 and was on sale for $ 55. It was a leather look alike. It is pretty cool.
Since I’m an admitted cheap-​ass, I’m saying the store is good or A-​OK. When the weather is nicer, I may frequent this store more and see what kind of deals I can score. I will update my review if I can score some good deals.

No idea what the bad reviews are for but I love this GUESS? store! They alwaysss have great deals and sales going on and the people who work there are really nice and helpful!
I’ve scored many great deals on watches, bags, shoes (make sure to join the GUESS? list). One time I got a 110.00 faux leather crop jacket for 10 dollars! (majorly marked down + GUESS? list points= awesome discount).
I’ve been to other GUESS? stores and the selection is always off, or they have that weird G by Guess? brand which I never understood…
DEFINITELY love Old Orchard’s GUESS? store. The Old Orchard BEBE store? Mehh CS is horrible. I’ve had better experiences at the DMV.

You’ve got to be kidding me with your customer service! If you give a pair of jeans as a gift they won’t take it back if it’s returned a day over 30 days. What an absolute joke. I will never shop here again.

3.5+ Some cute tops, accessories and sweaters. Guess I’m not super loyal to just one brand for everything. ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on the staff.

I have a complex– I try to avoid the things that I use to covet as a child. Guess clothing was one obsession. Now I’m not so impressed.
