Starbucks

Worst Starbucks! Went there two times and both times they didn’t get an order correct. Ran out of ingredients before noon and didn’t bother telling me until after I had paid.

Worst starbucks ever they ran out of whip cream!!! And when I asked for the candy cane frap he didn’t even know what it was and how to make it. Poor presentation of the frap. And didn’t even give me my recite I had to ask for it. And my frap taste like I’m drunk nothing but ice!

I saw this place only had one star, and was quite surprised. I’ve been here a hand full of times, and while the service might be a bit slow I have not been disappointed. You have to keep in mind that it is considered part of Barnes & Noble, and can’t take Starbucks gift cards. I admit that is a pain, but if you know that going in there isn’t much trouble. It is also smaller than a normal Starbucks so they have less room for sweets, and to make drinks.
If this one is crowded though there is another Starbucks in the mall that you can try your luck at.
They tables are not the best kept, but it is a huge study area in a popular mall. This place is teaming on the weekends by a bunch of people. When I went there it was a weeknight, and they only had two people behind the counter. At regular Starbucks I see 3 – 4 behind the counter.
It’s not the Ritz, and produces the same quality drinks as other Starbucks locations. I feel this deserves more stars than just one so I am posting this fair review.

Sloooow and dirty. I know, you gotta say: «that’s what she said» but honestly, I have never seen a Starbucks like this one. It had wet and sticky floors in every corner. Leftover drinks at the serve counter. Dirty tables. And what bothered me the most a slow bad service. I got skipped by ten people. Some others were complaining about the same too. Not acceptable for the amount of money spent.
