This is the slowest pharmacy in the history of all pharmacies. Literally NEVER do I go to pick something up and it’s ready. EVERY SINGLE TIME they «just got the Rx» or «just got the message.» It should not take 4 hours to fill a prescription for an antibiotic. They are beyond slow and it’s super aggravating.

Worst pharmacy service ever. My husband went to pick up my prescription for my diabetes. We have a history before where they didn’t bill my blue cross blue shield. My husband mentions it to the pharmacy to make sure and double check. He ended up having to pay.
She says ‚“everything should have been through insurance already. You want it or not? Otherwise get out of line, I need to take care of the next customer.“
Turns out they billed a discount card instead of my insurance. My husband shouldn’t have paid what he paid. She was very rude.

Congratulations, you have just found the worst store in this miserable chain. I wish I could say it was simply a management problem, but this store can be the poster-​child for how this once great brand has spiraled down due to growth to the bottom. There is no management here whatsoever, nor is there anything resembling customer service. Call the pharmacy — don’t bother. If you can make it through their robot answering service clearly done in a foreign country to save $$$, the worst news is the humans are worse. Get ready to immediately be put on hold call hell, forget it, they are not coming back. Go in, and the experience is the same; ignoring customers seems to be the new training manual for this horrible excuse of a store. Best advice — run!

Store is nice and clean, but service is very very slow at the pharmacy. Almost every time I am there tgere is an issue with the prescription. Stuff is not very friendly.

I have never had a problem with staff here like I have at almost every other location. It is a VERY busy store, so be patient or stay home.

Honestly the older Walgreens was better… New layout is great and fantastic new products but the store layout feels cramped. Or maybe I’m just used to the older store! New store is newer and brighter.
Walgreens likes corner properties so I can see why logically they preferred this location… But the older one was better IMO. Easier to find stuff in the older one!
