Walgreens

This Walgreens is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been in. They never have any of the sales products– they say they ran out. The sales people are not friendly and their holiday decorations are the worst.

I truly hate stupidity. The people who work at the store are nine customer from me, and act like you’re doing me a favor and wait on them. The pharmacy always has a very long line and the people there can’t or won’t answer a question. This used to be such a great Walgreens. Terrific managers. Pharmacist they care about their patients. Now just a corporate hole that has no connection to the community. i

Didn’t have any problems like everyone else??? Nice female pharamist was very fast in getting my wife’s prescription ready! Doctor called at 9:45 am ready at 11:00 am spent 5 min getting other things and she called me! That’s much better then cvs they always had problems!!!

Nonexistent customer service, unhappy and unfriendly employees. Pharmacy seems short-​staffed with team members unable to complete refills on time.

Worst pharmacy ever. The husband and I bribe each other to make a pharmacy run when needed. Orders are never ready when they say they will be. A few times they couldn’t find the order that was showing up filled. Phone scripts are not checked hours later. Computer issues. Rude unmotivated staff. Too bad it is so close to our house and 24 hours.

One of the worst of the worst of the worst pharmacy EVER. Jesus I hope to God this branch will go bankrupt soon

The pharmacy staff leave s a lot to be desired. Unless I have a need for a 24 hour pharmacy I would not go here again. Long phone waits on hold, Rx not ready when I arrive and no sign of the order ever being phoned in. Hung up on 3 times when placed on «hold». A truly infuriating experience.

These people have very poor skills when it comes to the customer they make people wait for 30 mins for something that takes 1 min to put a label on I really think since they opened this location they have done a poor job

Overall the nicest Walgreens probably in the entire nation. Everything in this Walgreens is top notch in terms of technology & the store looking advanced.
By far the worst & slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. The techs are way too slow while they have the computers with faster processors than my computers at home but they purposely take their sweet time. The drive-through…I don’t even know why they have a drive through if it takes 15 minutes to pick-​up a prescription.

I finally popped in to check out the «new» Walgreens. The extra high ceilings give it a warehouse feel, not a neighborhood feel. I guess they’re going for the sterile medical aesthetic, but it just doesn’t work for me. I call it «Stepford Walgreens». I miss the old schlock Walgreens.

So this is the «new» Walgreens that replaced the old one that used to be a few blocks west. In some respects, there are definite improvements. It’s huge, nice wide aisles, bigger selection.
But then the complaints set in. I’ve been here multiple times now and no cashier seems to be able to work the registers properly. Checking out takes FOREVER. And this is one of the slowest pharmacies in the area. When I dropped prescriptions off last night, I was told it would be at least an hour wait. OK then. I also don’t like that they have a list on the wall of the last names of people who are waiting for prescriptions and their statuses. And why is there only ever one pharmacist working the registers? That means that he has to (a) get people their prescriptions and check them out, (b) take new prescriptions and enter them into the system and © answer all of the questions that people have for pharmacists. Totally understaffed.
Finally, the parking lot is not ideal. I’ve never had a problem, but it doesn’t really seem like quite enough spaces, given how big the store is.
I’ll go back (I have to pick up those prescriptions after all) but I don’t think that this will become my go-​to Walgreens any time soon.

its very convenient because it is a 24 hour store… so i can grab something from the store to my convenience
however one of the pharmacists was very rude… and didn’t think before speaking… and i was very dissatisfied and will not take my scripts there anymore
