This location is by far the worst one I have been to. Lines are always long inside and out, and there is usually no sense of urgency from staff. The worst experience here was when I ordered breakfast in the drive thru at 1015, after waiting 10 minutes. After an additional 10 minutes wait to get up to the window, I was told they ran out of biscuits(so they obviously didn’t reserve my order when it was placed). I’ve sent corporate an email, who replied and sent a card for a free biscuit, but I’d rather have the problem fixed. To that point, the managers and owner fail miserably. I was told the manager or owner was forwarded the complaint and they would call to discuss. The call of course never came. Terrible customer service. I’d recommend going to the Vinings location. They are busier, yet are also much faster than this South Cobb location.

Chick Fil A is good, but not that good to be forced to wait over 30 minutes for take out. I realize there is a wait when there is an obvious long line of cars, but what I have a major problem with is when you are asked to wait after you pay for your food. After what would seem like an easy order, a #1, after paying for my order I was asked to pull forward to a parking space and my food would be out in 3 minutes. Someone at Chick Fil A can’t tell time because I had to wait approximately 20 for someone to bring food out to my car. No apologies, just here you go. I get home and the food is not edible. So wasted money and time. I informed customer service about my experience and till this day, I just received an email asking me what location on South Cobb did I have this experience. Now, Chick Fil A customer service is usually much better, I have used them several times for business functions/catering, but I refuse to support ridiculous customer service. On to Zaxby’s!

Bless your soul Mr. Truett Cathy. You built an empire with some good ol chicken but this location has let me down on more than one occasion. I’ve been to a ridiculous amount of chick-fil-a and am always more than pleased but this one needs some work. I stopped in for a small milkshake and they were super busy. There were probably 10 cars in the drive-thru so I decided to go inside. Wrong decision. There were about six people in line and two people working the register but the manager left the register and went to help elsewhere so there was only one young man working the register. Then the floodgates opened and maybe 7 more people came and chaos ensued. There was no true understanding of which registers were open, the staff seemed to bit in a state of disarray, it took about 10 minutes to get my milkshake and it just wasn’t a great experience. Maybe they were short on staff but I sure hope they get back to the excellent customer service I’ve seen in the past.

I usually come here only for breakfast — and the lines are long. It’s crazy but I don’t eat their chicken. I usually get a customized breakfast sandwich with sausage, bacon, egg on a biscuit.

I love Chick-Fil-A but this location always getting my order wrong or they always leave something out my bag. I stop going to this location for awhile because they don’t give me the items I paid for. The other morning I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, chicken biscuit with egg and hash browns. When I got home it was a chicken biscuit with egg no cheese and a plain chicken biscuit with no egg. If I go to this location I will make sure I check my order in the drive thru before I pull off.

Pulled up in the drive through around 8:25. I paid then was told to pull forward because the food was not cooked yet. Had they told me when I ordered I would have ordered something else. After pulling up where they told me too the car behind me started honking and got out of their car and approached me. She said she was sent on their behalf and started arguing with me and said some words I will not repeat here. I moved after she stopped. Well after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside. I spoke to Stephen the manager. I explained what happened. I asked why he did not come out but sent a customer to talk to me. «I didn’t know» was the response to anything I asked him. He did give me my food but did not refund me anything. This has happened before at this location and they refunded me both times for the inconvenience. To put it nicely do not go to this location. There has been nothing but trouble every time I’ve visited this store and there are plenty of other food choices near here.

I just can’t get over the outstanding service at this Chick Fila location. Fast food isn’t my fav domain but this Chick Fila’s location is better than many sit down restaurants. My fav; the grilled chicken sandwich. Where the only way a fast food chicken sandwich ever tastes good is if had been deeply fried. But Chick Fila’s grilled chicken sandwich is just delicious. And of course the diet lemonade washes down great. Happy to know this Chick Fila location is close to my neighborhood.

This Chick-fil-A puts out the same classic sandwich and waffle fries you would expect. The staff were friendly. However, I have to knock down my rating because of the difficulty in obtaining my change and order. The cashier was great but the poor lad couldn’t subtract. I suppose in this day and age cash is an oddity. It took three times of handing him back the incorrect change to get the right change back. But at least it only took two times to get my fries!

This location has a great Staff what a wonderful attitude Charles is their head coach is always positive they always greet you by your name offered to fill your cup takes away your trash and genuinely seems to want you to feel welcome. I love Chick Fil A. I think it’s the best fast food restaurant in the area. However, I get consistently bad service at this location. Tonight I stopped by for a late dinner at 9:30. I went through the drive thru and the person on speaker was polite and quick. When I pulled up to the window the girl taking money ignored me for several moments to chat with her co workers. Note, there were no other customers in the restaurant. My drink was wrong, they were out of cookies and the girl didn’t know how to make a refund happen. my fries were soggy and room temp at best. This location has a problem focusing on the customer.

I love Chick-Fil-A. I usually go to the one on Paces Ferry near Vinings but this one is closer to my house. The one thing I want to warn folks about is if you go through the drive thru please check your order. I find they get orders wrong alot.

I am a huge Chickfila fan and have had amazing customer service and no issues at any store except this one. I had a problem with my order and attempted to call management, I emailed corporate twice and I wrote them on facebook. Several days later, corporate responded saying it was franchised and my issue would be forwarded to the appropriate person for this location. It’s been several weeks and I never heard from anyone. I’m so disappointed with my experience here I’ll be sure to let other know and more importantly, their lack of concern. To be fair, their food tastes amazing when it’s correct and aimed at pleasing the customer. Unfortunately, this location can not hold up to that expectation.

I was very happy when they built this location because it is in my general path of travel between my house, my grandmother’s house and my PT job at America’s Greatest Department Store. This location is always packed for the most part. I have never come across a rude employee here-generally you won’t come across rude employees at Chick-fil-a at all. I noticed a lot of teens work at this location, so sometimes you will get the typical teenage attitude sometimes-they socialize a lot here behind the register… which for me, working in the service industry is an easy way to pass the time. But as soon as you see a customer approach your area, all of that should cease. I know you want to finish your sentence but… yeah. All in all this location has been a great addition to the area that used to be pretty lackluster.

Isaac was a wonderful staff member. He was very pleasant and when I ordered a custom cool wrap, he didn’t shoot me down for wanting it, but when I almost ordered something else, he assured me they could make it using the spicy chicken from the spicy chicken sandwich. As it was made, even though he was busy with other customers, he made sure he made time to keep me updated on my order. The food was delicious and, paired with the amazing customer service and communication I witnessed from and between staff members, I would definitely return to this CFA.

There are 2 Chick Fil A’s on South Cobb Dr. They located themselves on the opposite sides of East West Connector. This location is closer to the highway. It’s also the smaller Chick Fil A’s. It’s not as big as the one in Austell, the other South Cobb one, or the one in Vinings. It’s also the busiest in my opinion. I guess the small space makes it look busier than what it is. Coming in from South Cobb Drive going North, you can’t make a direct left turn into this location. You should make a left at Highlands Pkwy and loop around to get here. Due to the busy intersection, it is a pain in the butt to drive in to this location. Just like the other Chick Fil A’s, the people who work here act friendly and courteous, and the food tastes good for a fast food place. What more can I say?

GOOD! Service is top notch here. Don’t worry that the lines are long inside. They crank folks through the line very quickly. Food is always hot and fresh, but that’s the case at the vast majority of Chick-fil-As I’ve tried. The location is not great, though. It’s tough to get into(sharing a drive with Krystal) and tough to get out of(please don’t even try to turn left onto South Cobb).

One of these days I will go through withdrawal when I move to far from this ChickFilA. They are always about customer service. Even if you have a complaint about something, you don’t need a manager to talk to. Why? Because everybody there cares. They get a whiff of a problem and they are already fixing it. On one occasion, I ordered lunch for 25 people. Yes, 25 individual orders. And when one order was wrong and I went back to tell them– no questions asked, just tell them how to fix it. And the food? THEFOOD. It tastes like a mothers love…
