Cici’s Pizza

Service was very lousy. Buffet hardly had pizza on it. The pizza that was there seemed like it had been there all day. Workers being loud and obnoxious talking/​yelling to one another.

This place is the worst! Found hairs cooked in the cinnamon rolls, ordered cheesy bread and they smashed up the pieces and threw them in a box right in front of me, the pizza sauce tastes awful! Too tart tasting … Pay a few bucks more and go to Salvos across the street … I guess you get what you pay for but I can’t get myself to pay money even if it’s not much for crap. This company needs to come in and train and teach them how to cook, present the food, and good customer service, they just open these places and pay trashy people to work there because they do not want to have to pay the price of hiring decent people … So sad …

Due to the disrespectful tone of the manager on shift Chris, they get one star wanted to give them 0 stars. I paid for my husband and I meals along with two 7 year olds, two 5 years old and two 4 year olds. While I was paying, my husband took all 6 kids to the table. While he is getting all 6 kids seated I asked Chris for one cheese and one pepperoni to send to my table and he begun to give me a speech on how they are not going to do that because it’s on the bar. I looked at him confused and asked while just bring me two pizzas that not on the bar. With an attitude he said you go look and see. After that he kept responding with insulting comments, and even asked my husband do he know what the word redundant meant. At that point I asked for a refund. Which was the only thing he did not make a big fuss about. We visit this this location at least four times a month for the past three years and I have never been spoken by any employee at cici’s like this before. If I knew asking Chris to send me a cheese and pepperoni pizza to my table was going to make him so upset, I wouldn’t have ask. If I decide to go back, I feel like an employee is going to give me attitude about making a pizza. Chris turned a none issue into a big ordeal. Still in shock that a manager of a place that make pizzas refused to make my family a pizza. My husband and I are very upset on how we were treated by the manager Chris. He was very rude and unprofessional.

Rancid chicken wings, flavorless pizza with almost no toppings, slow service, this has to be the worst pizza I have ever tasted. But it’s cheap. No, still not worth it.

Slowly getting worse every visit we make. Cleanliness is a huge problem. Bathrooms, baby changing tables etc. Down right nasty! Screwed up our order 2x this visit, we just have up.

Decent by fast food standards, but still falters. We arrived during a busy time yet the pizza selection was cold. We’ve been to worse Cici’s Pizza places, some of them in the Nashville area, but this one still isn’t quite up to 5 stars for its category.
If you’ve got a group and you’re looking for a buffet, then this is about as good as your going to get in the immediate area. However, if you’re looking for good pizza, then there are far better places to go.

It’s not gourmet but it tastes good because the pies are fresh. Kids love it, so that is a plus point. I enjoy the spinach, veggie, buffalo chicken, and mac n’ cheese pizzas. The desert pizzas are really yummy as well.

I had a great experience at this CiCi’s location. The pizzas that were out looked pretty fresh. The manager, Chris, was very welcoming and wanted to make sure his customers were having a good experience. I asked for a hawaiian pizza and it was delicious. The price is very affordable and I will come back again.

Price point pizza but pretty good.
Friendly staff. Checks on you and will make any pizza you want. Their thin crust is great. $ 6 all inclusive buffet and drink, tax too.
