Subway

Friend and I went here for lunch on Friday around 12:30. Granted it was 40-​something degrees outside and windy, but it was 82 degrees in the restaurant! They had the fan on the main HVAC unit going, but it wasn’t even cutting the heat in there. Evidently they had been baking bread earlier and it hadn’t cooled down any. Needless to say it made it somewhat difficult to sit and eat.
A sandwich is a sandwich at Subway, nothing you can really say about it being great or anything out of the ordinary, but the people preparing it DO make the difference. They’re quick here, and the prep area was clean from what I could see, and they do listen when you ask for a little of this or a lot of that. Most just give you X amount and leave it at that.
One thing that dropped the rating down for me, the bathroom… I went in there and the floor, toilet, sink, soap dispenser, trashcan, towel dispenser, and tissue dispenser were FILTHY! I normally don’t go into details, but someone had definitely urinated all over the floor in there, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. When I told the manager, he shrugged it off.
