So I’ve been here twice since the grand reopening a few months ago. The first time was great! The manager was friendly, super attentive, as were the servers. Today was a completely different experience. I wasn’t greeted as I entered the dining establishment thought there was a lady at the register and 3 others on the line. The young lady who took my order, Jasmine, was very nice. I ordered the MVP breakfast with a coffee to go. I specifically asked for my bacon to be cooked well done but not burnt/crispy. Upon checking my food, of course the bacon was burnt, and one side of my waffle was too crispy. Soti had to wait for for a new batch which caused the rest of the food to get cold(scrambled eggs w/cheese, hash browns, cheddar cheese grits, raisin toast). What was annoying is that the manager heard Jasmine apologizing to me because he was literally standing next to her, and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that there was an issue. Anyway, 1st visit was a 5, this time it’s a 3. Jasmine was their saving grace.

I’ve been to this new establishment only twice, first time was nice, the manager greeted us and everyone looked happy, the pot roast was amazing and I was very happy, next time it took forever for our food to get to our table plus the staff seemed cluttered, the food is good but I did find a curly black hair in my Mac and cheese… Grossed out and haven’t been back… Might try it again to see if they’ve improved

Went in on a late Thursday night with my nephew who came into town. I’ve been meaning to try this place out for a few weeks as it is new to the neighborhood, Well I have to say upon walking in I was very impressed at how clean it was! This is one of the reasons that I won’t step foot into a Waffle House… I just can’t see myself eating from a place where I don’t even want to sit down. Anywho! So we seated ourselves and was greeted by our waitress who was really pleasant, she took our order, my nephew ordered grits, bacon, and hash browns asked if he wanted cheese on his potatoes and the waitress told him that it would be extra change. Ok he was cool with that! I ordered Lemon water being that I’m on a detox cleanse :/Lucky me. So my nephews food comes out and it looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. LOL! And the extra cheese that he paid for was a slice of what looked like Kraft sandwich cheese… O_o My nephew ate it and he had no complaints other than the cheese so I guess it was ok. Next time when I go I’m going to ask them to put real cheddar cheese on my food. Other than that it wasn’t bad, I’ll return when I finish my cleanse to try the food out because they seem like they have a nice variety of food.
