It’s not a food truck but it’s the best one I’ve been to. It’s a stand at the Snohomish Farmer’s Market on Thursday’s. We split a quesadilla and it was truly the best I’ve ever had! I’ll be heading here every week.

One more reason to head to Washington Public Market in Snohomish. I’m working my way thru the menu. In the morning it’s the steak and egg wrap, be hungry or share. in the afternoon it’s I cant decide which taco ok, one of each, beef, chicken and pork. Then time to wander, buy handmade soaps, bread, cheese and wine taste. I think its a great day! This has moved to Redmond now, by a brewery, lucky folks!!!
