Snohomish Carpet Cleaning

I’m very satisfied with my carpet cleaning experience with Mike from Snohomish carpet cleaning. Mike was punctual, thorough and very courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

I have used this company for years, and usually extremely satisfied. However, today the job seemed «rushed» and the stains I pointed out are still there. I initially questioned the final price, but I understand the initial quote was just an «estimate», and I paid the higher amount .
The cleaner was in and out in 1 hour. In the past they spent at least 2 hours. Must have been a bad day.

I recently took advantage of their $ 89 for 2 rooms val-​pak coupon special for my mother’s carpets. The employee, Mike, showed up right on time and took less than an hour to do 2 rooms & a hallway. Because the person on the phone quoted me $ 10 for the hall, Mike had no problem honoring that. Good job on the carpets and the environmentally (and pet) safe cleaner smells really good! I enjoyed tipping him well :-) We’ll be calling again soon to have our whole house done!

Last cleaned before I bought the house 4 years ago, I felt it was time for a maintenance cleaning. The carpet wasn’t in particularly bad shape, but it was time to take care of those handful of stains and built up grime that slowly accumulates. I was skeptical of the onslaught of various daily deal sites offering super cheap cleaning for a limited amount of square footage that also have no listings on Unilocal.I figure their goal is to just get in your house so they can rack up the additional charges beyond what the coupon covers.
Anyhow, I got a flyer in one of those ad-​packs for this place so I called for the promised free estimate. I described what I had, and they offered a reasonable all-​inclusive estimate (not a guaranteed price, it’s an estimate), and I decided to go with it. He was able to book me a slot within a couple days.
On service day, Steve showed up promptly at the promised time, did a walk-​through, and got to work for a solid three hours. Keeping in mind things weren’t too bad to start with, but everything came out looking great in the end. All the spots were gone, the stairs and hallway with the most traffic looked like years were taken off. In the end there isn’t much to say about a carpet cleaning company. Either your carpets come out clean for a fair price as you would expect, or you pretty much got scammed. Snohomish Carpet Cleaning did what they were expected.
My one minor beef was that there was an upcharge to clean the stairs that was never mentioned during the phone estimate conversation. You’d think that would be a pretty standard question to ask when giving an estimate. Other than that, everything was billed as quoted on the phone.
Overall, I’m happy with the outcome. My carpet is soft, clean and fluffy like it hasn’t been in a long time. It’s an odd pleasure to walk around barefoot soaking it all in. I would have no hesitation in using them again in a few years when it’s that time again.

Love that it’s family owned and run. Love that they use clean green chemicals safe for my children and pets. My carpets look great, I’m booking them again for 6 months! Very affordable!
