Yuhas Robert S MD Internal Medcn

This is no reflection on Dr. Yuhas, as I never got to actually SPEAK with the man. I was referred to him by another doctor after having been in the ER twice with no definitive diagnoses. When I called to speak with him and leave a message the receptionist was incredibly rude and hung up on me. When I called back she was very annoyed, and did not help me at all. I made the decision to take my healthcare elsewhere. If these are the types of people he has in his office I can only imagine the treatment I would receive.

My husband and I have gone to Dr Yuhas for a couple of years and thought our experience would get better, however it hasn’t. You always have to wait 30 minutes and he answer’s his cell phone while he is with you. I also find him very condescending and acts like we are idiots. We have both decided to find another internists.

Dr. Yuhas is professional, caring, and so very clean. I know that sounds odd, but this man is totally old school medicine and I hold him in such high regard. He chose the right profession!

I have been seeing Dr. Yuhas for a couple years now and really feel cared for. I found him through Unilocal.He has mostly older patients but I’m an old soul so it works. Dr. Yuhas has a dry wit and is very respectful and thoughtful with any actions or medications.

I think Dr. Yuhas is mainly a geriatric doctor; however, I got him as my primary care doctor when I lived up in north county. In summary, I think he is one of the finest doctors I’ve ever had. Even though I now live in central San Diego, I have kept him as my doctor for 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable, gentle, caring, easy to talk to, and versatile. I know «versatile» is a strange compliment for a doctor, but if he is your primary doctor, then «versatile» is a great characteristic to have.
Also, his staff is EXTREMELY nice and helpful. They have come through for me time after time. Furthermore, his office is very comfortable and relaxing. It just has a good energy (or ji) flowing through it. I wouldn’t be surprised if you had «reverse white coat syndrome» and your blood pressure was actually lower at his office than at home! :)
I recommend him to any and all people looking for a good doctor.
