I can handle a long wait in line — it’s Saturday morning, very busy, tons of things going on — but I will not sit around and watch a manager screw up, over and over, and then instantly turn on their staff and shout at them as though it were the staff’s fault. That the supervisor/manager-type in question deleted my order from their screen, screamed at TWO different employees to fix her mistake, then laid in on them to ‘get to work’ and chastised them for ‘not helping’, all while preventing the line cook from actually filling my order; when I spoke up to stop said manager from filling my order incorrectly *again*, she put a hand in my face, and started in on how ‘they’ had made a mistake! When that cook finally handed me my actual order, the manager then told me I was walking away with the wrong thing… which was not true, as the staff member had listened to me, filled my order correctly, and was trying to get me on my way. You can’t have your employees treated like that by supposed leadership.

Went in, friend has allergies and shtuff that are important. So she asked for information on ingredients in the Coolata. First guy didn’t understand so he asked the(manager?) and when she asked the manger, he stared at her blankly and then pointed to the menu picture on the counter. So I said, do you have a book. with. allergy. information. He stares blankly, and then asks what we want. Um, no, wrong answer? We can forgive the first guy, but it seemed like the second just didn’t want to deal with it. They have to have a book with ingredients for what they serve, provided by the franchise. We walked out. (I don’t patronize Dunkin all that much, but was thoroughly unimpressed enough to write this review)

Clean and decent Dunkies… Though, I feel like this Dunkin Donuts takes the FAST out of FASTFOOD. It always seems a little behind the times. The dude running the food station today was so under trained he couldn’t understand the orders coming in on the computer screen. It wasn’t just my order but all of them had to be decoded by another employee… train these fooools! Took like 10 min to get an Egg And Sleeeeeeeze

This store is 24 hours, which I love as I live so close to it. The people who work here are nice enough — and the place was just renovated inside so it looks very nice. Just your average every day Dunks — I was going to give them 4 stars, but then I remembered how I once left my debit card there(I’m such an airhead sometimes!) and they made the effort to track me down, and locked up my card until I could get there after work. That deserves another star right there!

OK i agree with my fellow Unilocalers that this place is always clean and the staff is super nice and the food/drinks I have never had any issues with(I even think the windows at the entrance are cool and resemble a crystal palace on a bright sunny day. But as a ex-Dunks employee(back in high school) and a advocate for workers rights, I simply cannot support a business franchise that does NOTALLOWTIPS. That is totally unacceptable. I wont give my money to a store owner that wont let his employees(who probably could only support themselves with a job at DD) collect tips… its WRONG and its everywhere people.

I like this dunks. It’s clean, the bathrooms(in a pinch) will do, and the ladies who seem to always be there are nice. It has a nice sized parking lot that seems to serve as a turn around for many iffy drivers in the area. It also happens to be one of the safest late night hangouts– the cops and emts are in and out all night it seems.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. It’s also quite close to my old apartment, and my girlfriend’s house. What makes it stand out is the staff. They are friendly and don’t act like they hate Dunkin Donuts, you, their lives, the World, or any other proper noun. I used to always get breakfast here until I realized eating out every morning for breakfast was unhealthy anddd expensive. Try this location out, because it’s quick and extremely conveniently located.

Its winter time(pretty much) and freaking cold outside. What better way to warm up with that special someone than with the D&D vanilla chai? Nothing. I knew that would do the trick to enjoy a lazy and cold Saturday afternoon. Its definitely full of sugary goodness and not for diabetics(but then again its D&D). So if you’re willing to try something that’s different than your normal cup o’ joe or whatever, this the drink to try. Its consistency is a bit thicker than the stuff you can get at the high class tea joints, but that makes even better in my book.

It’s a DD’s. And it’s the one DD’s that I go to the most since it’s on the way to a lot of places I frequent. Coffee is always consistent and they have a crew of women who seem to work every shift. They had this one rookie making sandwiches who sucked, but for a quick cup of coffee, it serves my needs.

Let me start by saying that, in general, I love me my Dunkies. Charbucks and the local Der Cauffee Haus will never hold a candle to my sweet NukNids nectar. I say all this so you can fully appreciate the gravity of my next statement: I loathe this particular Dunkin’ Donuts with the fiery, seething hatred of a thousand arson impulses. They were great a while back(’06?), but something happened and they have fallen into utter disrepair. Not the building, mind you; it’s usually relatively clean, and there aren’t gaping holes in the parking lot. But the *service* has fallen into disrepair. Every time I go in, they find another way to foul up my order. I don’t know whether to chalk it up to the language barrier, me being high-maintenance, or whether they truly sit down and challenge themselves to find new ways to punish me for being lazy enough to stop in. Whatever the reason, I always end up with either stale or burnt coffee(is it that hard to keep up a fresh pot of decaf?), ham instead of bacon, cinnamon coffee instead of hazelnut, sesame bagels instead of salsa… and always after having to repeat my order several times. And for my life, I have yet to figure out what secret, magical phrase will translate to «no cheese» for these people. And no, «no cheese» is definitely not it. It’s like the very concept fails to register. Maybe if all you do is go in and point at a donut, they won’t be able to mess it up as badly. It still gets a +star because the place is so convenient to the rest of Union Square. It even has a parking lot(although during rush hours it’s near impossible to drive into, then near impossible to get out of). It’s the reason even I get suckered in: I’ll successfully steer clear for a few months, then I’ll find myself cutting through Union and *needing* some coffee or a fast breakfast sandwich, and then there it is, blazing its insidious pink and brown logo like a beacon if impending disappointment. And for some reason, some nefarious and unknown reason, my defenses crumble, my pessimism wanes, my resistance falters, and I hear the words float into my head… «maybe it’ll be better THIS time…»

This place gets four stars purely based on the fact that it’s sooooo very close to my house and it’s always clean. No one who works there seems to be super friendly, but time will tell. This will be the place that takes our money each morning before we head to work.
