I really want to support local Somerville businesses, but in this case I can’t. Ordered a half dozen business card orders over a 2 year period. After the first one, all they had to do was take the previous file, save as and make changes from my markup. I would have to send multiple emails following up just to get a proof (what kind of business just ignores orders?) which a couple times had absurd errors even though I gave them a very easy to read markup of the prior order. I communicated a couple times my above frustration to give them a chance but they never responded to those feelings. So now I use Vistaprint for ¹⁄₃ the price and it is done way faster and takes less of my time. I’ll probably use Union Press for high quality items.

Do not use this place, there are much better ones in the area.
Very unprofessional and poor quality/attention to details. Pixelated on a large order that they charged full price for, every other printer I use (even staples) would look at a test run.
Have returned for other things to get terrible attitude.
