‘Private Residence’ is pretty much what it sounds like. A big posh apartment /flat with a bar, big speakers, some loungy couches, and a large terrace that overlooks West Ave. in South Beach.
It’s a speakeasy, for the most part. RSVP in advance, bring a bottle of liquor (no beer), some tip money for the staff, and your dancing shoes. Just be sure to leave your attitude at the door. This nightlife oasis is 100% Sucka-Free. Are you reading this, Jäger Pete? ;)
The 2^nd floor residence (situated above Barton G restaurant) boasts some great vintage couches to lounge in and a terrific dj sound and lighting system. The outdoor terrace was the place to be when I was there. The cool evening aire drew everybody outside to enjoy their cocktails.
Come enjoy on just about any Saturday night between 10:30PM-3:00AM.
