The Medical Store

Great inventory supply! It’s my first stop for medical supplies and they always have what I need plus I like shopping locally.

It’s hard to believe they are in the business of helping those in need of medical assistance. Apparently there is a staff member called Marla who thinks she can make decisions about renting medical items that should be made by insurance companies and doctors. I phoned Medicaid and asked them about the situation and they said that it was NOT up to the medical store to make decisions on behalf of Medicaid. I wrote an Email to the medical store to the president, VP, and sales manager and never heard a word from any of them. Extremely Poor customer service skills and a company who thinks they have the authority of making decisions on behalf of Medicaid (legal?) it’s hard to believe these people are in the medical supply business !! I took my business elsewhere.
