Pizza Putt is sliding downhill and the owners need to step up and put some TLC into the place. When the business first opened like 20 years ago, ownership was all over the image and product. Some things I noticed(good and bad) that represents the place. Friendly staff and service in restaurant good. So, going well here and the food product is good also, thank you! Some things easily fixed — vacuum your floors, they have a lot of debris on them. Golf course is falling apart and worn, needs refreshed. Clean your playground area. Dust build up and plastic/vinyl surfaces need cleaned in the playground. Lose the poor signage of printing off a desktop printer and taping it with scotch tape around the operation, this is not professional image. Mop and scrub floors. Also, I estimated 25% of your arcade machines out of order! So, pay a little more for your staff to clean and get a new general manager and you should be in good shape as you have good bones already. Invest a bit into your golf course and signage around the property.

What should be a fun and friendly place to bring your kids is not so much. Went today for a birthday party and after being there for only and hour and 20 mins the waitress comes over and tells us that the table we are at is reserved for 1:30 and we have to leave in 15 mins, the OWNER then comes over and says that we have to leave because of another party coming in and mist parties only last for an hour and a half. Apparently the money we are spending not only on the horrible pizza and drinks but in the arcade and on mini golf for at least 10 people is not important to her. After a rather strong discussion she returns to tell us that they are able to move the other party to another spot. We then are there for another hour spending money and no other party shows up! To make it worse several of the adults in our party overhear the two women talking crap about our group of adults, children and toddlers. Add this experience to the dirty conditions of the kids play structure and the fact that half the games are not working and this place is a big disappointment!!!

I have watched pizza putt go down the drain over the years. The mini golf course is very old. It felt like some of the walls were about to fall down. The course seems to get smaller. Maybe that’s so they can fill up the place with more broken arcade games. The place looked deserted, staff and patrons. The food is horrible, so we don’t eat at the restaurant anymore. The only part I look forward to is the bumper cars, and found that they no longer have the round cars anymore which was a huge disappointment for me. All in all, I won’t be sad to see this filthy place close it’s doors, which I assume would be sometime in the near future

I want to write a great review for Pizza Putt, I really do. It takes a lot for a business to get a one-star review, and likewise for a five-star. Pizza Putt gets the low end of the spectrum today, and I’ll detail why. Let’s start with the good, go into the bad, and end with some more good and some feedback: Thumbs up: Friendly Staff — Arcade counter to restaurant, couldn’t say a bad thing about the courteous staff. Awesome! Alexis was our server and she did great. Card-Based gameplay — very modern approach to the classic fun-zone feel. Easy to purchase a new card and reload as needed. Parking — Plenty of that! Which could be viewed as both negative and positive. Price — Reasonably priced for what you get. Comparatively not bad! Let’s paint the negative, and build our scenario here. It’s 1:30PM on a Saturday afternoon, cloudy with a chance of rain, mid-August. This is my girlfriend and I with our 14 month old son. There are roughly 50 patrons in the building. This place would host probably about 200 people on a busy day. It was very quiet in Pizza Putt on this day. We did not play laser tag or mini-golf. Thumbs Down: Environment — Not even joking, the place looks EXACTLY the same as it did 4 years ago. No updates, nothing new to report. Everything looks very dated and very depressing. This place is in serious need of some fresh paint and renovation. Games — Roughly 25% of the games were out of order entirely — another good percentage were partially working(2 of 4 people could only play, etc.) Restaurant — Gross. There was a conglomerate of dead insects next to us on the window sill. Our waitress asked if we would like a to-go box when we were clearly still eating, but we humored her anyways and accepted. She also dropped the check off. Inside there was a comment card. No pen to fill this out. I’m not the kind of person to fill these out at the front register. Arcade Prizes — Loads of empty space, making things look almost barren behind the counter. Prize tickets to prize value? Not so much. Pizza Putt has a place in the hearts of many Vermonters. That said, it appears that business is not doing so well for this place, and it’s a shame. I figured that they would be jamming mid-day on a Saturday the week before school got started. Perhaps this is a slow time for them and we caught them on an off day? Who knows? If these guys are still open in a couple years, maybe we will go back to see if things have changed.

I can’t count how many times I’ve been to Pizza Put on my fingers I’ve been there so often! I usually go there with my church group or with a small group of friends and it’s always a fun time. My favorite thing their is the laser tag — it’s the best deal around. The fun music they play really makes it even more fun. My only let down though is last I went there they got rid of their Dance Dance Revolution game. I’m assuming it was to make room for their bumper cars inside. It’s my all time favorite game but, I understand you can’t keep ALL the games as there is limited space. Food is pretty good and the variety of games they have there is great! The mini-golf course could use a facelift but all in all a very fun place to go to.

I like Pizza Putt but am not in a big rush to return. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so this review is for the games and bowling. Some of the games were broken when my friends and I went and the bowling seemed kinda dingy. The bathrooms/main games room were both messy, but what else can I honestly expect from a place that caters to bunches of little kids every day? The employees were friendly enough but it felt like we were a huge inconvenience when we went to turn in our tickets.

I love Pizza Putt, and I don’t have kids. In fact, I had my 30th birthday party here with a gaggle of other grown-up kids-at-heart. There really is no where else where I can scratch the itch to play putt-putt, lazer tag, Dance Dance Revolution, air hockey, and skee-ball all at once. The point here is that this place is as much fun for un-adults as it is for kids. Food and drinks are cheap, too, and there’s plenty of parking. They always seem up to updating these days, which is great.

It’s been awhile since our last visit, but felt need to leave a review! Surprisingly great garlic crust that can be added to your pizza, and last year they started a creemee window! Our last visit we enjoyed a creemee at their front lawn under a willow tree! Great staff and service each time we visit!

Service is a bummer and disappointment. Would love to order my pizza sooner than 20 minutes after being seated.

We are new to the area so when I saw the living social deal for pizza putt, I thought it would be a great place to try with my children ages 13, 12 and 7. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated within 5 minutes. After we were seated, however, we waited close to 15 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders even though the restaurant did not appear to be very busy. The drinks were self service. I was waiting behind someone to fill my drink when one of the restaurant servers came over with a cup and jumped in front of me stating she«needed the drink for one of her tables». Obviously this must have been a more important customer than myself. The food took longer than I would expect but not a horribly long time. They did get one meal wrong. They brought chips instead of fries. The fries came out about 10 minutes after the rest of the food was delivered. The food was mediocre at best — obviously frozen reheated food. For two adult meals and 2 children’s meals, the total was $ 36 before tip. After we paid, we went to the arcade. The arcade is very large with several games. Unfortunately, several were out of order but there were enough to entertain the kids. I took the 7 year old to the playground. The large ball pit was closed off and the entire place smelled like urine. Overall, the place was filthy, disgusting and overpriced and we won’t be back.

Sure we had some fun. But, it was grossly overpriced for the fun we had. And, unfortunately, for this kind of arcade fun, you don’t really have a lot of choices in Burlington — by that I mean you have none but this dump. It reminds me of an extremely low budget Dave & Buster’s. If anyone opened a decent arcade in Burlington, this place would be a ghost town. Highlights: — bowling — but there are only two lanes so you may have to wait in line; — some of the arcade games are fun — many are broken Lowlights: — food OMG you’ve got to be kidding. — some of the games are shameless wastes of money. The kids are easily fooled into playing some of the more expensive and total waste of time games — in other words, you might win some tickets for a crappy prize at the end. — many of the better games are broken. — laser tag could have been a blast — they’ve set aside a huge space for the maze but it’s got to be the most uninspired maze of all time. Let’s get creative with this and make it more fun — come on. — Miniature golf is the same. Has potential but looks like it hasn’t been worked on since 1977. I would not go back.

This is definitely not the place to eat. The pizza gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning. I don’t even know how they pulled that one off considering we didn’t have any raw ingredients on it. But on the bright side, playing mini golf here was a lot of fun. My boyfriend and I never had to wait at any of the holes and were able to breeze right through the course feeling like we were the only playing. Its nice to be able to play unlimited rounds too.

Mini-golf, old school arcade cabinets, mini-bowling, and a large kid play zone(tubes, ball pit, etc.). Many games were in need of repair(we went on a Saturday around 4pm) and there was a wait for most games(air hockey, ski ball, mini-bowling especially). Expect to hang your coat in the hanging area and wander around for 15−20min before finding an open machine(if you go during peak hours). Relatively wide array of game types: racing, shooting, ticket-earning all well-represented. Not the place to go for your fighting-game fix. Mini-golf yields a surprising number of holes(& challenge level), but seems suitable for all. Expect a wait at each hole if you are a speedy player(there was a back-up at peak hours).

I knew coming in that this place would achieve what I needed: Fun for my 10yr old and a hopefully a decent indoor mini-golf layout. I was right on the first item. Nice set-up, but the indoor golf was only 11 holes. I felt that they needed to let us know that before we paid. I guess we should have played it twice. My son wanted to stay for pizza, but I felt that a better culinary experience would be elsewhere.

My work department took us here on a group outing. No matter what age you are, mini-golfing is fun. Whether you are a pro or putt putt no no, you’re bound to have good time. The course is decent and the pizza is on par with any other pizza entertainment place. If you ever have one of those, ‘gah there’s nothing to do’ moment, round up some friends and head over to Pizza Putt for a day of nostalgic fun!

Pizza Putt has really fallen off the tracks over the years. I fondly remember it as a premier indoor mini golf gem with a pizza restaurant! But lately, all it has become is a quick play arcade with a smaller(aging) mini golf feature and laser tag. I have yet to try the laser tag but all I can imagine is getting handed some«laser» devices and thrown into a large shrouded section of this converted warehouse. Because of the expanded arcade and the laser tag the mini golf section has been scaled back and doesn’t appear to have been maintained much. It seems like the arcade has become the major item here now. But don’t expect Flynn’s from Tron. It’s more suited to the chance«pseudo-gambling» toys that spit out tickets for cheap items at the front prize area. They use magnetic strip cards to allow you to feed more credits to use on the machines but it seems like such a soul(and money) sucking experience to see your kid go crazy swiping a card a thousand times into a machine that just lets them press a button and then get tickets. On the bright side, I do like the pizza. It isn’t a pure New York or Italian gourmet experience(might be more Chef Boyardee style) but it’s consistently yummy to eat and my kid loves it too. Oh and it’s DIRTCHEAP. So typically we head here for some quick pizza, junk appetizers and a few games. But it really is no longer the«fun kingdom» I recall hitting golf balls into Egyptian temples long long ago. :(

Pretty much the only decent arcade still in the area, Pizza Putt is a rather unique local attraction. There’s a full arcade(most of the games are typical ticket redemption scams, though they’ve got a kick-ass DDR machine and air hockey table.), a half-course of indoor mini-golf(some of the holes are semi-permanantly«closed for renovation»), a full blacklight-lit lazer tag arena, a small batting cage, a mini-bowling alley and mini bumper-car arena, a full kid’s playplace complete with ball pool, and an(unfortunately) rather mediocre resturant. While it may seem silly for a 26-year old to write a review for a kid’s arcade, it’s really a great place to hang out regardless of age. I’ll often go with a group of friends, it a good way to kill an afternoon. Be careful though, it’s extremely easy to loose track of how much you’re spending though. I’ve accidentally spent $ 60 in one go there… and yes, most was on the ticket games. Yeah, I know, I’m like a little kid. Anywho, the only thing I’d warn you about is the resturant. It’s absoloutely abysmal and barely passes it’s health inspections. Eat somewhere else before going. The rest of the arcade is great though. All in all, a good place to go, as long as you’re not hungry.

This place is such a dump. I honestly feel like I need my whole body to be sprayed down with disinfectant after I leave here. It’s dirty and some(not all) of the clientele puts to shame! There are broken machines, cracked walls, and some of the wiring I saw is extremely dangerous and certainly not up to any codes. I really hope they don’t have a fire in the making, can you imagine??? How sad would that be at a place full of families? I went here once a few years ago and had the same feeling. I went back yesterday because the kids were dying to play mini golf and it was lightning outside. So it was my only option. I sincerely hope someone either buys this place from the current owner(s) who obviously do not care about it, or opens another competing place to put this one out of business. Judging by the number of people in there, there’s a need for a nice place to go. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will find any excuse to keep my kids from going the next time a friend has a birthday party there! Yuck!

The only reason I set foot in this place is to see the smile on my 4 year old daughters face. The place is run down. They sell $ 20 large pizzas and don’t put a penny back into the place. carpets are nasty and mini golf course is frequently repaired with colored tape. Huge laser tag room that never has anyone in it that could be used for something else. Fair priced food would have made me give it 3 stars because let’s face it… you’re going to have to buy it for the kids.
