Stopped in yesterday for two drinks in the afternoon. Noticed I was over charged by 30 cents for one of the drinks based on the prices on the overhead menu board. Was just pointing out the issue. I was told by the person in charge that this is the new price. I indicated that she needed to charge the published price and not one the customer does not see until given the receipt when the transaction is complete. She then indicated there is nothing she can do and I would have to return the following day to discuss with a manager all while still taking orders over the headset. Her customer service was incredibly poor along with her attitude. Check your receipts before paying they are deceptive in their prices. This post is about principle only!

Really poor service. Had to remake my drink through the drive through because they didn’t listen to what I wanted… then they proceeded to give me attitude back when I kindly asked if they could remake my iced coffee. Co workers are socializing and goofing off way to much to even focus on the actual customers. Everyone I go here it takes forever to be served due to that reason. I used to work at This location and boy has it gone downhill.

Their Drive through service can be spotty. Sometimes they make mistakes in your order, andother times the line gets really backed up. However, the coffee is great and I continue to go there in order to satisfy my coffee cravings

Cute Dunkin in the same strip mall as Friendlys, Ace Hardware, dry cleaners, Chinese food. This is a larger Dunkin and has seating and tables. Clean. Easy parking.
