Great customer service! I needed a small woodstove for my basement, and not only were they able to help with excellent answers to my questions, but they had the stove I chose in stock, delivered it and installed it for free, and helped me set up the inspection after. Highly recommended!

Whether it’s a new wood stove, or outdoor furniture, you can’t go wrong with this place. My wife and I have purchased several pieces of patio and deck furniture here over the years and they have always been quite helpful.
Today we went shopping for a new wood stove to replace an existing stove. I must say that the sales person was very well informed about his product. He greeted us promptly, but gently as to not intrude in case we wanted to just look around. We spent about 20 minutes today with him and I’m sure we will be purchasing a stove in the very near future.
Their selection is some of the best I’ve seen in the valley and if you’ve read my review about a certain other store in West Springfield, you’ll understand why this store is such a breat of fresh air!
