We came in here after some shopping at Nordstrom rack. We got seated and the food was pretty good. Very friendly staff. I got a hamburger and it was good. This Applebee’s was very clean. Nice stop after shopping. Definitely going back

After a terrible experience at a nearby mexican place we decided to go to Applebee’s. Excellent experience. The service was spot on, the foot fast and perfect. This is one of the best Applebee’s I’ve tried. Thank you for a great meal.

Rarely do I encounter such phenomenal customer service. We had to sit at the bar which normally I wouldn’t find ideal but we were hungry and didn’t want to wait. Lisa waited on us and was fabulous. Very warm and friendly and when I was disappointed with my salad, she took the time to go to the kitchen and get me more greens. The manager also came out and spoke to us, in fact he was running food for the wait staff… very refreshing! We don’t really frequent Applebee’s much at home because the menu isn’t very friendly for those trying to eat healthy. However, when we are back in So. Portland I would certainly visit this location again because of our fabulous experience with the staff.

Just a great Applebee’s experience! It’s a guilty pleasure of mine but I just can’t stay away from that sampler platter every now and again. The hostess was very pleasant and our server was particularly nice and enthusiastic. She was just lovely. This is a gold star Applebee’s location.

Had a great experience at this location! My friend & I walked in & was instantly greeted by the host who even held the door in for us! We got seated right away and was greeted by our sweetie server (Emily) within a couple of minutes. Since my friend was a vegetarian and allergic to a few items, we had to have Sean, the manager come over and provide some options for her to choose from. He was flexible to check to see what was possible for her and came back to let her decide. She ended up choosing pasta with a customized sauce and I ended up with a petite sized sirloin steak cooked perfectly! Throughout our meal, Emily & Sean kept checking up on us to make sure the meal tasted good which was very nice of them!
Overall, good food, great service and very clean!

Old Orchard Beach, ME
Chicken penne and a tall coors with a yummy cheesecake shooter. Applebees is goood when you just can’t decide where else to go and you are tired of trying to think. They usually have good specials going on and pretty cheap appetizers.
I’ve never had a problem with service or the food so that’s why its getting 5 stars. In this area there are a lot of restaurants but Applebees is always a favorite.
