Came in early on a Saturday morning prior to driving back to NY. Ordered a bagel, 2 scones. And a latte. Returned to the house where we were staying and opened the bag to find only 2 scones. No bagel in the bag. Tried the first scone, and it was rubbery, like it wasn’t fully cooked or had sat there for a few days. Tried the second scone, and it was worse. Threw both of them out. Latte was decent, but it cost me $ 13.00 in the end. I’ll drive into Bar Harbor in the future if I want good baked goods…

I stopped here for coffee once while camping at Seawall. The coffee was amazing! Had a delicious bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The owners are extremely nice. The place is adorable and extremely clean. Don’t bother grabbing coffee anywhere else, but here, while in the area. The only downside is that they are only open until 1 p.m. daily. Hopefully, they will be able to expand their hours at some point :)

Excellent experience: cute and small, the manager did great things with the ambience. There is enough seating, and it’s comfortable, with large windows allowing lots of natural lighting.
The pastries and breakfast sandwich were plentiful and good quality, and the sausage biscuit had my mom waxing eloquent over «the best biscuit she ever had.» The cappuccino was very good, though they need to work on getting the bubble out of their foam.
We knew we were in the right place when the cramped front room was swamped with locals all their to get their morning fix, with the line out the door. Perhaps they close at 1pm because they’re so slammed in the morning.

Rude and don’t know how to manage lines. Neither friendly nor helpful. Very un-​Southwest Harborly. Avoid if you’re looking for prompt service or have anywhere to be.

What a great coffee shop! The baked goods all looked amazing (really interesting selection with novel flavor combinations), and the cinnamon bun and bagels that we ended up choosing were fresh and totally delicious. The coffee was also great. Service was friendly and efficient. If you’re on MDI and looking for breakfast or a coffee fix, go here!

Very nice little coffee shop. Everything is baked on premises. Nice selection of organic teas. Bagels are delicious although kinda small when compared to NYC bagels. Inside is very sunny with big windows and a few outside chairs. Dogs are allowed inside. It’s a little pricey. Will definitely come back again.

What a sweet place! I had a delicious latte and a ginger cranberry scone. The service was very friendly and efficient, and there was a nice seating area. I loved how easy it was to swing in, park, order, and depart. The scone was perfect; fresh, flaky and flavorful!
I want to return to try their handmade bagels, which looked fabulous. The only oddity in the place was a small sign that read something like «due to the freshness of our bagels we will only toast them for you after 10am». Huh? Perhaps they are too difficult to slice or something, but that left me scratching my head.
Only 4 stars because I felt it was a bit pricey; $ 8.00 for a 16oz latte and a 4″ scone. Otherwise, this place is a winner!

We stopped for breakfast on a whim and this is a gem! The staff are super friendly and they appear to also be dog friendly! The caramel late was out of this world! A little pricey for the size of the sandwiches but service was fast and the good quality was excellent! Places to sit inside made the stop perfect!

Excellent espresso drinks and chai tea. The Rosemary Sea Salt bagel toasted with a bit of cream cheese was out of this world! Nice atmosphere and staff as well. I’ll be back again!

This coffee shop is not to be missed. Excellent coffee from Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters. Tasty baked goods. A small but aesthetically pleasing seating area. The boyf and I preferred to get our coffee from here rather than Little Notch Bakery in Southwest Harbor before heading off to hike.
