I interviewed three different realtors and decided to go with Elisa as soon as we sat down with her. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the industry, and prepared to do what it takes to get you into a house you love. She was NEVER pushy like some realtors who want to rush to get you into a house. We must have looked at close to 40 houses and Elisa was always very patient with us and did what she could to better understand what we were looking for so she could help pick out the perfect house. She had good vetting questions and was always available to answer our questions and set up viewings.
And that was all BEFORE we made an offer on anything. We are first time home buyers so we didn’t know entirely what to do or how to do it. Elisa completely eased our minds with her industry intellect and professionalism which let us know we had an expert leading us through the process.
Once we finally bought the house she was there every step of the way and still remains available months afterwards for any questions we may have.
I know we made the absolute best decision possible to have Elisa help us find our home. Her customer service is second to none and her disposition was always extremely pleasant and comforting to deal with.
I also feel like we made a great great friend who will be there for life and who will work with us next time we buy and sell our house.
