Being in business anywhere (let alone downtown Springfield) for this long says something. Competency and customer service are ‘key’.
I recently bought a used hard case that had a lock but no keys. I wanted to be able to lock it so I went to Gifford’s. They made two keys to fit it the same day I brought it in (in less than 4 hours technically.) It cost under $ 12.
They offer a wide variety of services including mobile locksmith stuff. Their Lyman Street location has a wide variety products like safes and door handles and such. If it locks I’m sure they sell or work on it.
