New Era Eyecare

New Era Eyecare is as good as it gets! After hours of intense searching for a good provider (who takes our insurance), I stumbled upon New Era Eyecare. I am so glad I chose them as our provider. I brought my 3 kids in for their eye appointments. New Era Eyecare staff provided awesome care to the kids and of course to me too!
A huge shout out to Ms. Samantha Jo, Ms. Jackie and Mr. Eli (front desk staff) for providing the most incredible customer service via phone and face to face. :) Shortly after arriving, My teenage daughters asked me if they could get contacts (they’ve been asking for a few years). I trusted New Era Eyecare staff so much that I finally said «Yes.» Ms. Jackie and Ms. Samantha Jo educated the girls on how to put in and take out their contacts amongst other eye care education the girls needed. While all this is going on Mr. Eli «held down the front desk» making sure customers that came in or those who called were taken care of in a timely fashion. :) They all work together as a great team and by doing so this place is running smoothly! :) Also a shout out to Dr. Williams for providing thorough eye care to the kids and taking the time to explain things and answer questions. You all are awesome!
Just FYI: By the way these people do NOT follow you around and pressure you to buy glasses. They give you time to look and explore what they have as far as eyeglasses go! I highly recommend these folks for your eye care! If the location is an issue they have a few other offices in other locations (Arlington, Sterling etc).
