awful customer service. 3 guys working were too busy playing around than to help the 5 people waiting in line. Will not be returning to this location!

The stone was super cold and frosty when we rumbled through the dessert and arrived for some tasty ice cream.
I had dreams of mint chocolate chip dancing brought my head but alas they were out.
We audibled to chocolate ice cream with banana mix-​ins. Deeeee-​licious.

Very awkward… Came in at 8:40, there were 2 people ahead of us… 1 girl serving them. I don’t know if the people in front of us got special aged ice cream or what. But it took FOREVER for us to get served. Then some guy who acted like the manager was going around turning off lights like the place was closing. It says the place closes at 10:00 pm. A crowd of people come in. The manager guy runs and locks the door behind them. He then finally starts serving the customers. But then every time a customer wanted to leave he would run to the door, unlock it then lock it… This went on till everyone was gone. While new customers tried to get in. Ice Cream was good, but seriously one of the most awkward situations. He turned Down over 8 good customers

My family and I went here on a Monday evening, about 9pm. When we arrived, there were 3 small groups in front of us, one paying and two waiting to order. In the time it took for us to get to the front of the line, 3 groups had come, waited and left. I begged my wife to leave we had waited so long!
It seemed to take FOREVER to just pay. I witnessed 3 groups of people waiting over 5 minutes just to pay after getting their ice cream.
I must admit, I worked here a million year ago in high school; as such, its hard to make me bugged with this place. I was saddened to see the lack of customer service. Ice Cream was good. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. We even let one person in front of us to pay, she was waiting with a melting ice-​cream cake. This nice lady even commented to us «do they have no one working the cashier?»
Great product, lame staff.. .

I love ice cream, the service was ok, and so I am inclined to give it a good rating. However if you get anything besides just a plain ol cup of ice cream it’s pretty sweet and unhealthy.

OK, I’m a convert. Sort of. Appreciation for this sickeningly sweet concoction of cream and confection and unspeakably trashy edibles thrown together came on a blistering hot Summer day. Probably could see that one coming.
