If I could give this no star I would have. I fly in and out of STL every week. Chilis has been a meeting point for us before leaving on our flight. This past Thursday was my last visit. There were ROACHES all over. I sat at the window towards the back there were three roaches running all over by the tables. I told one of the waitresses and she said that she was looking for another job because no one will do anything about it. She told us that they were all over in the back. My colleague and I left the table to look for the manager. I told him and he didn’t even appear to be concerned… no apology… nothing. Disgusting. I will also be reporting to St. Louis Health Department.

Let’s face it. Most airport restaurants are not so awesome, and that’s okay. This Chili’s is no different, except the service is small and the menu items all taste like they were made in the microwave. This place is by a set of gates I routinely use, so if I have time, I’ll go here. I’m never too excited about anything I order, but I’m more wasting time rather than looking for quality. I’m always a little disappointed, but that’s more of an expectation issue on my part. The thing you need to know — this restaurant is NOT fast. I would no suggest coming here if you need to get a bite to eat quickly. While my servers have never been rude, nothing moves quickly here.

The reviews are true. Get ignored at the hostess stand. Get ignored once you’re seated. The food is overcooked yet cold. Can they ruin steamed broccoli? Yup. The broccoli had cancerous looking brown spots all over it. The chile rice is actually cilantro rice. Disgusting. But at least the employees are having fun in the kitchen. It sounds like a block party back there and every few minutes a cook will run out of the kitchen cackling like Kat Williams is doing a stand up set beside the fryer. Only came here because they have gluten free choices but this is worse than nothing. The bright spot is that after noticing I couldn’t eat the«food» they took it off the bill.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. while on a layover at the airport. Food options were limited in the airport, but I had a decent experience here. The bartender was quick to take my order once I say down, and always made sure my water was full. I had the chicken taco plate with rice and beans. The 3 tacos were quite filling and actually pretty tasty. The beans were ok, but the rice tasted old and stale. There are a good number of tv’s at the bar, which was great for watching football while I ate. Overall, it was a decent experience and a good spot to relax between flights.

I was traveling home from a conference and needed to have some dinner since my flight was during dinner. I thought it would be better than the Wraps place down the way, but I was mistaken. I ordered the bacon cheese burger thinking that you can’t screw this up. The patty was dry as a bone. I’ve had beef jerky that was more tender and juicy than this hockey puck. I had to ask for extra sauce to help choke it down. The fries that came with it were seasoned but not very hot. This place would have gotten a one start, however the server was great so she helped bump this up to a two star. If you are in this section of the terminal, go somewhere else… this place sucks! Maybe even consider buying some trail mix at the Hudson Book store or just skip eating. You’ll be glad you didn’t waste any money on bad food.

Eaten at a few Chilis To Go locations in a few airports. Service was solid enough as a takeout customer(15 – 20 minute wait). However, the tacos I ordered tasted like someone spilled a salt shaker on them. I’d give it another try at this location, and I’d try the dish again at another location, but meh regarding this location.

I was starving and decided to drop in without reading any reviews. A colleague and I sat down at a booth and watched abundant server staff make repeated eye contact with us but never attempt to walk over, let alone take our orders. It wasn’t busy, and at one point 15 minutes in, I overheard two servers arguing about who our table belonged to. We watched both of them give extra special attention to tables in our general area while literally pretending like we didn’t exist. We got up and left and the girl at the door gave us a smart ass«Have a nice day!» I want to make it clear that we never spoke a word to any staff member there. I’d say it’s probably time for management to try a ctrl-alt-del on the entire staff. Why run a business if revenue isn’t a concern?

I have eaten at chilis several times over the years and had good experiences. However, this chilis is dirty, they had multiple staff members standing around doing nothing there were 13 different tables that just sat dirty. And the only one that seemed to be working other than the female bar tender was my server Abby who was the oldest person on the staff. All the younger people acted lazy when there was clearly things to be done. The food took forever and it was NOT packed at all. 8 people at the bar and one other person besides myself in the dining area.

I stopped here to have breakfast. I highly recommend that you DONOT stop here for breakfast. I don’t expect much from a chain restaurant in an airport but the food quality was less than McDonald’s…very sad.

The breakfast was a tad bit cold. The service was great but the breakfast was missing a few items. I asked for over easy eggs and got very cooked eggs. I wouldn’t eat here again unless I was in a very big hurry.

This place should be treated like a rabid rat and — put down. This airport does years ago– I get that… but for the decency of a weary traveler… please give this real estate away to a restaurant who stills want to serve people. Please…your staff is rude. You were out of bud light– in St Louis. Hysterical! The ratings are accurate. Run!!!

Our boneless wings were served 1 degree above cold. The bar wasn’t busy so I don’t understand why that was. It must be nice being an airport location, that way reviews don’t matter and you can serve whatever and act however you want. Way to go Chili’s…way to go.

Context: Went to chilis in the St. Louis airport at 8am, so they were only serving the breakfast menu — I can’t speak to their food or service for lunch or dinner! I sat down with a few people who love and care about chilis and the food definitely lived up to the hype. The breakfast tacos were excellent with the salsa proving to be quite flavorful. Well, it really had to be as the seasoned Cajun home fries were barely seasoned at all. The southwestern frittata omelette was also a winning meal but the home fries issue was still apparent. The main reason why I’m giving my experience 2 stars is because of the service. I am not faulting a particular staff member, but the way this chilis(located in an airport) operates. For a busy Sunday morning, it was severely understaffed causing servers to be juggling too many tables and having important factors like timing and overall attentiveness slip through the cracks. Especially in an airport this is key for me. It took around 45 minutes for our food to come which is a time frame that would be good to note for a time-crunched traveller. However in the end, I would recommend this chilis for a long layover(2 or more hours), if not grab a little something from Burger King!

Here’s what I love about airport Chili’s — they serve breakfast!!! Really I wish all Chili’s served breakfast because their breakfast is pretty great. I has the breakfast tacos with a tequila sunrise while waiting for my connection to DFW. What better way to start your day? If you’re stuck in Lambert around breakfast time it’s definitely worth a stop. What else do you have to do?

Wow, where do I start? 15 minutes to bring a watered down Tampico they dare to call orange juice, and a waiter that tries to tell me I placed the wrong order –which I specifically pointed at in the menu picture — Chilli’s, you have s lot to worry about on this location. I have never been to a Chilli’s before but it will sure be the last time at a Chilli’s ANYWHERE!!! Can’t give a negative score so I guess one star it is… Terrible experience.

THISPLACEWASHILARIOUSLYAWFUL! The staff was incredibly rude and ghetto as hell! Our waitress kept rolling her eyes and smacking her gum. She had no idea what kind of drinks the bar offered, so I went to the bartender to ask him what he could make. I say, «excuse me» to get his attention… this dude turns around and gives me a look like we have a problem. I ask him for a drink and he says, «nah, I ain’t got that, but I guess I can make something like that, doe.» WTF, dude… you’re at work?! The server who was bringing food to the tables was dropping freestyles and had his pants sagging. It was comical! We kept checking for hidden cameras because it didn’t seem real.

This location in the St Louis Airport is good. There’s not a whole lot of dining options at the terminal(Terminal 2 where Soutwest Airlines resides), so this is one of the better options. The menu is good, ‘tho smaller than a regular Chili’s chain restaurant. You won’t find ribs nor steaks here. You’ll find salmon, a burger, chicken, sandwiches and salads here The seating area is comfortable and nice as is the service.

Normally, I would say I like Chili’s just fine, but this version at the airport left a lot to be desired. My server made it all but obvious I was bugging her by even being there. Not a smile to be seen, no thank you, no check back to see how the food was, had to flag her down to pay so I could catch my flight. I ordered the fish. It was so plain and boring. If you need to get a healthy meal, I would recommend getting something else or going somewhere else. The fish was bland. They didn’t even try at any type of presentation on the plate.
