Worst service I’ve received, manager was unprofessional. Food was OK but cold. Took over an hour to receive the food.

This won’t take long. Are you really that hungry? Service, slow and not at all attentive. Food, on by very strict definition. Cleanliness, not so much. Coffee, sickening. Can you give less than one star. It’s an airport, we don’t really expect that much. Unfortunately they didn’t deliver even at that reduced level.

Terrible. Worst airport food I’ve had in a long time. Save the money and effort — Burger King a few steps down would be better. This is a Chilli’s in name only.

Painfully slow all the way around. Waiters meander around like they’re on a leisurely walk through a shopping mall and the kitchen seems to prepare one entrée at a time. If you’re in a hurry at all(like trying to catch a flight for example), eat somewhere else.

If it could be given half a star I would. Waitress had an attitude after we had been seated for 30 mins then instead of apologizing she proceeds to complain about all the other tables she had been given. Having worked in the industry no tables no money. Once we ordered she then came back and said half of the order was not available. Chili’s and St. Louis airport get your act together.

I would give this place 0 stars if able. We have been here multiple times with such poor service. This last time. We waited forever in line, just to be able to go to the bar. There we waited for 10 minutes, with no service(with other people waiting before us to be served). 3 of us all left after a long wait due to no service.

Worst airport dining I have come across in a long time. Cold soup, brown lettuce for my side salad. I literally ate 10% of the salad, the rest was slimy and brown. So gross! The soup was cold, how that’s even possible is beyond me. The soup goes in a big metal canister in the kitchen that’s heated by water. Come on… My waitress was fine, service is slow. I don’t blame her for the quality of food. She got my check to me quickly. Don’t expect a quick turn around, if you only have 20 minutes or so between flights avoid this establishment. You will miss your flight. As I was waiting for a table I noticed a few tables getting up to leave without ordering or having drinks-and this was a Sunday night!

Laying over and needed dinner. Came in for a steak and they don’t have one on menu so I got the salmon with spiced rice, broccoli and fries. Salmon was nice, broccoli was too. Rice was flavorless and nasty. Fries were from the heat lamp and rubbery. Disappointed. Waitress had another fries dropped and they turned out to be okay. Add 2 star

If you like rubbery microwave pancakes, nasty greasy bacon and cold potatoes, then this is place that can make your airport breakfast dreams come true. The food is low quality junk. The management and cooks should be ashamed at what comes out of that kitchen. I guess they don’t care. They’re in an airport. They have a captive audience. Buyer beware. Stay away from this location unless you feel like warming up an airport toilet seat!

It has earned its one star rating. The help is fine and we had no issues with the service. We were seated quickly and out waters was great. It’s the food that’s earned it my one star rating. Greasy, tough, and soggy breading on the chicken strips. And cold. In a positive note the fries were good.

Not near as good as your local neighborhood Chilis but decent enough for airport food. Better than a pre wrapped sandwich at 35000 feet and a bag of peanuts. At least the staff was friendly. Slightly overpriced for what you got but then again what do you expect from an airport restaurant really?

I was eating Chilis in an airport, so I lowered my expectations and raised my budget, and still came away disappointed. Service was slow. 25 minutes to get watery coffee served spilled on my table, book, and tablet with little more than an apology and a moist wipe-up. The food was bland. Even the ketchup in the bottle tasted like the salty tears of the tomatoes that were trapped in this awful place.

I eat at airports pretty often and have been to some great airport restaurants like Root Down in Denver and Barrio Café in Phoenix. This restaurant is not in that category… I ordered the Carnita Street Tacos upon the recommendation of the server. I’m a big taco fan so I jumped at the suggestion. I was very disappointed in the dish. The meat was dry and tough, as if it came right from the microwave. Carnitas are typically fried so they have some moisture to them, so I was upset when I had to drink water to get them down after my first bite. The tacos come with shredded cheese, tomato, and a slice of avocado, don’t really have anything to say about those. The tortilla was stale and not even warm. Felt like it came straight from the bag. Overall the taco was very dry and lacked any flavor. It looked and felt pretty sloppy-ly put together. Would not order that again. Service was mediocre as well. It took about 15 minutes before anyone even took my order, and another 30 minutes to get my food. That’s a long time to wait, especially for an airport restaurant. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve had people just walk out. I don’t think I’ll be eating at this Chili’s again. I rarely give 1-star ratings, but I was so let down by this place that I truly think it merits it.

The only thing good here is I’m able to catch the Cardinals game before my flight. I’ve been here a couple of times and both times at the bar. Neither experiences have been pleasant. First, both times the restaurant did not appear well bussed. As a former server in the industry this irritates me as that immediately shows they are either short staffed, or the staff they do have are lazy. Second, I ordered a beer stated I’d like to take a look at the menu and decide on food since I had some time. I asked the guy to my right if I could take a look at his menu, and I never was asked anything further. I placed money on the counter to show I was ready to go as I decided it was not worth trying to get food.(This same guy ordered onion rings and he didn’t get them for like 25 minutes and the lady to my left who ordered after him got her quesadilla before he did.) Again, I never expect much from Chilis, especially in an airport but this location leaves a lot to be desired.

Not great. I realize you must have low expectations at the airport and this Chilli’s is OK at best. Service is hit or miss and food is OK. My server barked at me with a rude«hold on a minute, I’m busy,» but then was speedy. Location is convenient and reasonably fast, but largely mediocre. OK to grab a drink before your flight, but don’t expect too much. Floor and table were not clean. On a positive note, it’s better than the nearby Burger King – and you can get a drink here.

Food and service unacceptable. I’ve dined in and placed two Take-out orders. They have been out of essential ingredients like chicken, rice, beans and cheese every time. Takeout requires a wait of at least 20 minutes, even for a house salad. Ridiculous. If you need to speak to a manager, good luck. There’s one for the entire concourse. They will tell you that you need to go find her. What!!! Will not waste my time or money here again.

Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. Even if the service is bad. I have been a server/waiter/bartender at three different restaurants one being a 5 star Italian restaurant. So these are not empty words. Our servers name was Tavon or Javon, something along those lines. He did not write anything down. I don’t care who the F you are or how good you think you are as a server, WRITEITDOWN. All the customer thinks about when you don’t write it down is «they’re going to mess it up.» He had to come back to ask again and specify what burger I wanted. We had ordered some cheese curds and the burgers came out first. I’m positive he forgot because he asked if everything was okay, and that’s when I mentioned it. So much for timing apps and entrées. The cheese curds he eventually brought he said I ordered lightly seasoned. No chance that was me. They we’re luke warm and Okay at best. The burgers were fine. The menu said I got a sauce with my burger on the side that I never got. All in all it was the worst dining experience I’ve had in awhile hands down. Airport or not, if you’re working for tips, make an effort. I’ll say it again for the servers out there, you look like an idiot when you don’t write it down and get it wrong.

Simply Terrible. I just needed a quick dinner. I got a Santa Fe salad. It was so small for $ 11. On top of that the lettuce was all wilted. The only good thing was the chicken. I would have rather got a salad from Burger King.

Do you like nonexistent customer service? Do you like being given a menu and then being told there is only one actual choice available? Do you like ice-cold scrambled eggs? Do you like hashbrowns that taste like chopped up fries from the day before? Do you like the potential for food poisoning? This is the place for you! It’s in the airport, and there are limited choices, but anything is a better choice than this place. If you feel like crapping yourself on an airplane, however, give this place a whirl!
