My only disappointment was we only needed to stay one night! Beautiful room. Spacious. Very clean. Great water pressure for showering. Large flat-screen TV. Very comforted mattress. Within walking distance to Arch, stadium and many fun shops and restaurants. When we go back we’ll be staying here!

What a gem. Clean and large room. Great location. Very responsive to requests. Don’t know when I’ll be back to St Louis but, if I do return, I will absolutely stay here.

This hotel is great. The rooms are huge, clean and beautifully redone. Conveniently located and super friendly staff, including the staff at the lobby snack bar/coffee shop– who prepared a cup of tea for me even though the shop was closed– at not charge. Would definitely come back!

Very few Downtown Hotels have friendly staff, this is one of them. The prices are affordable and the staff welcomes you in as if it is their house. I am rating this hotel 4 stars because on the 24th floor, the elevator got stuck for a minute but opened after the problem. But otherwise a great hotel.

This is a brand new(renovated) hotel that just opened on Wednesday. I offer this review with that disclaimer. Upon arrival in the valet area, a young man explained the parking options– valet or self-park. I chose to self-park, and he explained how to get to the deck which is a very short walk away. He allowed me to temporarily park my car right there, check in, and bring my bags up to the room– very helpful. I’d give the renovation a 7 on a scale of 1 – 10. Here’s why– my room had several little things that shouldn’t have been there given that I was likely the first person to stay in this room since they opened. Wallpaper not laying flat around the light switch, dirt/dust here and there, a clunky/noisy air conditioner, light switches placed in odd/inconvenient locations. None of these are a big deal, but just unexpected for a place that just opened. The good stuff: The lobby is beautiful– they have a «living room» area with couches where you can sit and watch TV– the bar is just to your left. The bar itself had a great selection of craft beers on draft, and kitchen service open til 10pm. The rooms have a wet bar area with mini-frig. The shower had great pressure, although the sink is just a pedestal and may lack space for people with more toiletries than I travel with. The bed is very comfortable and there’s a nice, long desk to spread out and get some work done. The fitness center has a good mix of equipment– the treadmills and ellipticals have TVs built in which was a nice touch and made my workout go by quickly. If you can stay here for a good price, go for it.
