Eddie Bauer

Eddie Bauer in general is a wonderful store filled with many items. The clothes are high class clothes that are very well made. Most jackets are expensive. $ 200+. The have good deals on shoes and little survival gadgets such as flash lights, knifes, etc. Very cool store. The staff members are very nice and helpful. The store itself is clean, nice, and looks fairly new.

I was in need of a new sling bag, mine was getting close to 10 years old and served me well. I recently had gotten an email from Eddie announcing that their backpacks were on sale. I looked at several on line, but I needed to touch and feel so I headed to the store.
I was quickly greeted and welcomed to the store, but told the associate I just needed to look at something quickly. I went back to the backpack display and found my sling pack immediately. To my pleasant surprise, they had one not featured on-​line and it was in my favorite color, orange. Easy sale, happy customer.
The cashier who checked me out was delightful. She was witty, chatty and made me feel good about my selection. I shop Eddie is Chicago all the time, how can I forget he’s right here in the Lou? I need to change my shopping habits and support my hometown Eddie.

The clothes here are well known for there quality, but I usually only buy here on sale. Sales staff at this store are helpful and seem to be on the ball.
