This Imo’s is very clean and well run. Delivery is timely and hot. For St. Louis style pizza, it’s a good option. But, St. Louis style pizza leaves much to be desired. I’d certainly go with Pi or Dewey’s before Imo’s.

I have been to this Imo’s several times over the course of the last 3 – 4 weeks. It’s probably one of the nicer ones to actually dine in. The restaurant is clean and modern and you don’t feel like you are sitting with the other people eating in. You have your own space as the seating is mostly large booths. What to say about the food? It’s Imo’s. I’m a native St. Louisan. I love the thin crispy crust and the provel. Sue me.

Bad customer service! Not so bad pizza! However I like the other branch that is close to Starbucks!

Imo’s Pizza is a STL thing. It is a top choice for a quick delivered meal. You will find me ordering a ½ Bacon, ½ Hamburger pizza and salad with house dressing. Provel Cheese is a blend of Swiss, Cheddar, and Provolone that only a true St. Louisian can appreciate. Provel Cheese does not taste like and of the before mentioned cheeses, it has a flavor all it’s own. The reason locals flock to Imo’s is the cheese is the creamiest, gooeyist cheese around. Provel melts at a low temperature creating melted bliss on a crispy thin crust. Another reason STL loves Imo’s is their house salad dressing. They bottle this dressing at sell it in the restaurant and well as grocery stores. It is a creamy — sweet– Italian style dressing. This location does not add Provel cheese on their salads like other locations– request some! You will see a lot of people stopping in for pick up orders. They have a few tables and about four booths if you plan to eat at Imo’s. No seating for a large group. It does have high chairs, TV, and fountain soda.

Visiting from CA and I had to try this famous pizza w a special cheese — I ordered a mozzarella pepperoni pizza to compare them. I believe you should really try this pizza if you’re visiting St. Louis because it’s different it has a thin crispy crust. If you try this pizza for the first time I suggest to try it without a topping so you can get a true flavor of the Provelle cheese. I would really like it better if there was beer

Let me start by saying I love Imo’s but this location is the absolute worst. Literally(and I seriously mean EVERYTIME) EVERY time they screw up our order. Tonight it was the ice tea. As in they forgot it… again! Asked for pepperoncinis and got black olives. Last time, they left the bread sticks at the store. When the brought back the bread sticks they forgot the dipping sauce. Grrrrrr! This place sucks!

Great clean location! Friendly staff. I got the double sausage XL pizza, and they actually put a decent amount of sausage on the pizza. Some pizza joints put just a handful of meat on a pizza, or barely add any more when you ask and pay for extra toppings. This Imo’s location does a GREAT job, and I’ll continue to order from this location. Strongly recommend

Not sure what the hype is about St. Louis pizza but it’s like an indecisive version of NY style thin pizza and flatbread. Flavor and toppings are all pretty average to me. Nothing stands out about Imo’s in my opinion but i would go back again

This is one of the best pizza places in St Louis and our family had a blast! We also tried the lunch buffet from 11 – 2 which was amazing, all you can eat raviolis and iced breadsticks. 5 Stars!

One of the best Imo’s in the area! The kids that work there are very nice and polite, and the food is spectacular. I’ve never had a bad meal there. Today I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, green pepper and onion. Mitch took care of me and was incredibly nice. The pizza came out very cheesy with the perfect amount of sauce. It was exactly how I asked for it as I asked for light onion. I’m telling you if you have a craving for Imo’s this is the store to go to.

The Imo’s at 12428 Olive in Creve Coeur is the WORST possible Imos one can go to. They mess up every order we have made. I make it easy for them and order online so they can read my order and there is no mistake. But for some reason there is ALWAYS a mistake. When I call to complain they accuse me of not knowing what I’m talking about and are very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I called today to complain that they once again messed up my order and spoke with«Mark» who accused me of not knowing what I’m talking about, argued with me, and was very rude. I asked for the owner’s information then got a call back from a «John»(supposedly an area manager YET Imo’s is INDEPENDENTLYOWNED) who accused me of answering the door in my underwear. This is absurd and extremely unprofessional that a company would make false accusations especially when someone spends as much as we do there and order from them at least 3 times per week. I have NEVER answered the door in my underwear. If I had, why would they still be coming here? They are trying to project the blame on me with false accusations because they are unable to get an order correct and don’t want to take corrective action with their staff to ensure orders are correct. We have spent more than $ 100 in the last 3 days with this place. They will NEVER get my business again. BUYERBEWARE!

Sorry folks… this is NOT pizza. I think anyone in St Louis who believes this is what pizza is suppose to taste like should seek out a slice of Chicago or New York style pizza. There is no such cheese called«provel». I think that’s short for spray cheese and oil blended.

You have to know what you’re getting yourself into when you order St. Louis style pizza – thin, crispy crust, creamy sauce, and a unique cheese blend. Pizza traditionalists(or anyone from Chicago) will probably not like this pizza. What about if you go in with an open mind? It’s pretty yummy!

Worst pizza I have ever had. Hardly any sauce, weird cheese and cardboard crust. These people should be ashamed of themselves!
