My husband needed glasses same-day because of starting a new job. Thank goodness for LensCrafters who had them done in under an hour. Both of the girls we spoke with were incredibly helpful, super nice, and thoughtful. We didn’t get the feeling of being pressured into more expensive options, and they actually provided honest opinions — which is rare when dealing with salespeople.
The fellow that fitted the glasses made sure they were straight, taking his time to make sure everything was perfect.
I definitely recommend this location.

I would not go here again. Yes, they are reasonably priced, but the employees are a disaster. It took two employees and well over an hour in the store to order simple replacement glasses for my son. They already had all his prescription info in the computer from our previous order! One even admitted to us that they have a very complex ordering system and aren’t trained well. Was told they’d take a week to come in and someone would call me; a week and a half later I called and was told «Oh yeah, they are here, ready for pickup.» Some customer service.

I wanted a new pair of glasses (considering ive had my old pair since high school) and i went to LensCrafters and tried some on. Not only did they have the frames i wanted but there were not that costly! The people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. You can get your glasses made within the hour, but id honestly give it a week.
Good service, good glasses, and i become a happy camper.
