Horrible customer service. Asked several associates where I could find oxfords. They looked at me like I was crazy. So I asked the manager and she basically told me I was a liar that the store don’t stock the ones I wanted in my size even tho I bought three of them at this location about two weeks ago. Avoid this store at all costs. Make the extra trip to west county.

Extremely rude sales associates on 2 different occasions within the same week. First was a middle aged woman working women’s clothing. I had a return with all that is needed to correctly return and she was treating me as if I had stolen the merchandise.
Second occasion was not to me but a lady in line getting yelled at by an associate for starting a new line. The lady didn’t know she had started a new line. Completely rude… enjoy bankruptcy

This particular Macy’s always gives us the runaround. I was tagging along for family christmas shopping and some other fatigued shoppers fell into their trap.
We were buying for someone not even there and no matter what the online price for free shipping could be, people always have to spend it to buy from Macy’s. Unlike Bed Bath and Beyond, they try their best not to take your coupons. Better yet, the coupons had a two day window (sunday and monday) anyway. If you’re a day early, want to buy a named brand, etc they will do their best to say no. Their employees have the power to give you any of the standard $ 10 off or 20% off discounts they wish at any time but this particular location seems to train their customer service not to help shoppers.
What a joke, Macys. Buy online if you have to buy from them. I sure hope their problems are location specific or else they will not continue to stay in business as their aging clientele dies off.

This Macy’s is a good store if you know what you need. But if you are looking for something and you are not a couple good luck getting assistance. I am single and every time I am in this store and then I walk over to get help you better hope that there is on a couple around there because they will be asked first on what they need. I take it that single people don’t need help or are willing to spend money in this store.

Getting hold of a human being at Macy’s is the equivalent of solving the DaVinci Code. You can spend hours before the end of the day there’s no point. I regret even understanding the fact macy’s is even a department store.

This is one of the smaller Macy’s store. I wanted to pay my bill, I had to do it at a counter because they no longer had a customer service desk. I went to the makeup counter, wanting to replenish my supply of face spackle. The attendant did not want me to purchase because I would not get my free gift, I asked her if they could send it to me. Only if I spent more money, ahhh no I just want the foundation. Not the best customer service.

Just had a love seat & couch delivered today from Macy’s. My parents knew what they wanted & found it. Bought couch & love seat on Monday & got it delivered today. Great sales & delivery staff! Bill Cross helped us with the options (e.g. warranty, etc.), & we were good to go. The only thing that I wish they had was more TV stands. Just only a couple in their showroom. :(Delivery was awesome! They made sure not to dirty up my floor & carpet by wearing those booties that covered their shoes. Many times have I had contractors & other delivery peeps wear shoes in my home, which is a no-​no in this Asian home. Thanx, Macy’s for a great couch buying experience! And thank you Bill Cross for making this experience speedy & simple! FYI, you can’t use your Macy’s coupons or your Macy’s Star Rewards Certificates with couches & sofas. But, the deals are still great without them.

Between the sales and the coupons this place has better prices and quality than walmart.
The sales staff are very helpful at finding the items you want and most times point out the best deals. They also have adults work most areas who have some experience in the area they work in. I prefer to have a 60 year old help me in house hold goods to a 18 year old who has never used the cooking items etc.
