My excellent experience started with a member of their team calling to let me know what my anticipated cost would be for a should MRI. Have you ever had the hospital do that!!! Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who answered my questions and was able to keep me calm as I was quite nervous. I worked with 3 technologists over my visit, Marcy, Rachel, and Connie. They were so wonderful as I suffer from claustrophobia and made the procedure actually bearable. I had attempted to have the same test at a hospital and was unable to complete the test because of the claustrophobia. I highly recommend Metro Imaging and will return for any future imaging.

I went to Metro Imaging recently for an MRI for my knee. It was late in the day and relatively slow when I arrived. I was greeted by the lovely associate at the front desk, set up, and asked to have a seat, which was only for a few minutes. I was in and started prepping for the actual MRI experience, which was quick & painless. The kind lady running the very expensive MRI equipment handed me a list of music station to pick from — what!!! That was a cool perk — I must say. She got me situated in the machine, put on my headphones and track of choice, and I was off. I relaxed and in no time — everything was done and I was ready to go. Very quick & easy. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Would recommend to anyone(who has decent medical insurance) to check out Metro for all your MRI needs.

Such an odd experience. Go in and get a test and walk out, like it was a spa just for different types of exams. Simple and fast though..
