I like this bank but they need to inform customers either by email or by posting notices in the bank that people should have all their paperwork filled out and money counted before getting in the teller line. I experience this problem every time I go to the bank and it is very annoying. They get angry with the teller if the teller makes a mistake filling out info that the customer should be filling out themselves! Since when should the teller be responsible for doing EVERYTHING for the customer? I as an adult know how to fill out a deposit slip properly so I do not have to waste my time or the tellers time having them fill all my crap out for me! Get it together Pulaski and encourage your clientele to have all their stuff organized and filled out before stepping into line!!!
