2 stars for the waitress who tried her hardest to help us out. There were a few other staff members who were helpful as well, but this place just sucked! I ate the wings & steak fries. Wings were dry & I had 2 request more sauce. Steak fries were good & fresh. My Electric Lemonade was GROSS!!! I have never had a worse drink in my life! The Lemonade was light they were serving. The Others enjoyed their meals. I DIDNOT!!!

Came here tonight because I was meeting a friend. Waited 10 minutes to be seated even though the place was half empty, after 10 minutes I caught the attention of the hostess, she informed me there was a waiting list, and they were turning over”.so I wait 10 more minutes the hostess takes me to a table I wait 10 more minutes never even offered water!

Horrible! Waitresses were nonexistent and crabby. Food was definitely subpar. I ordered a margherita pizza and instead of basil they sprinkled parsley on top — like I wouldn’t notice? I will never go back to this restaurant. Stay away!

Horrible service. Never checked on even though the place empty, plates never cleared. Staff busy chatting and on cell phones. Fatty ribs. Lackluster burger. Had to actually walk thru the place to find someone to bring us a check. Awful. Never again.

The waitress, with no personality, asked how I wanted my burger cooked. I said medium but got a dried out, rubbery, well done, frozen patty on a tiny bun. I must say the tater tots were delicious and covered my plate. They were also nice enough to change the station on the TV in front of me.

I was staying at the adjacent hotel and decided to give Ozzies a try. It was Sunday and during football they offer 20 wings for $ 10.99. What a great deal. I got them hot/crispy and they were cooked perfect and the sauce was on point. My only gripe would be that some were covered in sauce and some were barely covered. The service was top notch and the beer was cold. What more could you ask for.

Really can’t find anything good to say about this place, seeing as how the terrible service was followed by terrible food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ordered the nachos and they were bland and cold. Seemed like they just threw some chicken on top of some chips and brought it out. The most prevalent issue though was the fact that our waitress barely acknowledged us. She wore no name tag. Here she is.

3 stars for effort. We were seated quickly and Server was nice. He was a little slow with follow up and bringing the bill, but nothing that would prevent a future visit. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with steak fries. Overall was ok, nothing to write home about. Some of my steak fries weren’t done, so I picked them out. Presentation on the plate was nice.

This place is pretty bad! SUPER slow service, mean staff, and bland food. Why would anyone go here. It’s just all around awful. I’ve been here three times and all of them were horrible.

Like someone else said, the hostess didn’t even look up to seat me. She was too busy on her phone? When I got seated, it took my waitress a while to take my order. I think the only reason she even asked me how I was doing was because I was sitting next to the terminal where they enter orders. Took a while to order, took a while to pay, and the place wasn’t even busy. Food wise, very disappointing. I got the half rack of ribs and wasn’t allowed to substitute coleslaw for anything else, so I paid for a side of veggies anyway. NBD I guess. The ribs were dry rubbed, and they were decent. They give you 2 sauces at the table to choose from. One is bourbon and the other one was sweet crisp. I preferred the sweet crisp cause it was bright and tangy. The bourbon wasn’t doing it for me, but maybe if you were a bourbon person, you might like it. As for the sides, the corn on the cob was disgusting. It was cold, and smothered in butter. You know when you try to reheat old corn, it loses its juiciness. So when I bit into it, it’s was just soggy, almost cold, and had no flavor. The corn bread came in a muffin/cupcake wrapper, which makes me think they weren’t freshly baked. It was dry too, and cold, so most likely not fresh. The baked beans were okay, but I had a feeling they were canned. I didn’t see any bacon bits in it either, which was fine with me. It came out lukewarm too. And the veggies must have came from a frozen bag. It did not have the texture of being freshly chopped and cooked. Poor quality of food, poor service, expensive compared to other quality restaurants(but price is on par with downtown STL), why would you even bother coming here when there are plenty of options minutes away?

The food here is very good. the service is lacking. it took 10 minutes for a server to even come to our table after being seated. we were there right after they opened and there was only 2 other tables with customers a total of 6 other people. once our order was taken it was only 5 minutes in between appetizers and our entrée. that was not good timing on their part at all. it took longer to get our drinks than it did our food. but the food was worth it. the best spinach and artichoke dip I have ever had. and very reasonably priced. but they really need to work on their customer service issues.

I was pleasantly surprised by Ozzie’s, having read the negative reviews. We were a party of 11 and received excellent service. Most of us really enjoyed our food, the Reuben and steak fries were great, as was the Cobb salad. One person in our party thought the sliders weren’t that great, but not bad enough to complain. They have a huge beer selection on draft and in bottles. We ended up returning after the Cards game just for drinks and again enjoyed our time there. The waitress was super busy, but did a good job of keeping our beers filled.

Just wanted to catch part of the game and dessert. I asked for a local microbrew. I got something from Milwaukee. Not kidding. The strawberry shortcake? I could have made the exact dessert by picking up ingredients from 7 – 11 myself. And the waiter had a crappy day and the attitude lingered into his shift at work. But there were plenty of TVs to watch the game.

Went here after a Cards day game win. Although the philly cheese steak was really good and the steak fries also the burgers were the absolute worst hamburger I have ever been served anywhere. It appeared to be a frozen patty. It was very small and tasted ok at best. I expected a lot more out of an $ 11 hamburger.

10REASONSYOUSHOULDN’T EATHERE 1. We were here for a bachelor party and waited for 35 minutes to be seated when they said it would take 10 minutes even though they weren’t busy at all. 2. Our party of 9 was seated and it took almost 15 minutes for our server to take our drink orders. It took another 15 minutes for the drinks to make it to the table. 3. If you get BBQ, you don’t get to choose your sides and the sides it comes with, you’re stuck with. You can’t substitute. You want fries with your BBQ, that’ll cost you an extra $ 3 even if you’ve cancelled all of the other sides that are included & even though you’re paying $ 18 for your plate. That’s ridiculous! 4. There are only 3 tickets allowed per table. If you have a table of 4, you can’t have 4 individual tickets. That’s not allowed. 5. It is expensive for what you get. 6. Ozzie Smith is one of my all-time favorite baseball players. I still have a framed photo in my office of him doing a flip. How we have been treated here is a disgrace to his name and reputation. 7. Our server was very nice; it’s not her fault. If this was my restaurant, I’d fire the manager along with the person writing the policies for customer service. 8. I will not be back and I will share this experience with my friends visiting Lumiere Place. I won’t forget it. 9. I rarely ever have bad experiences anywhere, nor do I normally leave bad reviews. I typically just leave positive reviews. I give credit where credit is due. 10. Your hard-earned money is worth more and valued more at an establishment that cares about your dining experience.

So worst service I have ever encountered. We had a party of 9 that showed around 8PM for a table. They indicated it would be an hour wait even though the restaurant appeared to be half empty. I saw the manager walk by and when I asked why it would take an hour he said to me «yes, it is an hour wait, even though you see 15 empty tables, we MIGHT get some high rollers from marketing that MIGHT want to eat so they have reserved tables. Essentially communicating to us that their business is more important than our business to this restaurant. Oh and then he conveyed the second reason is because as the manager, even though the restaurant was at ½ capacity, his kitchen was 40 minutes behind and can’t possibly keep up with more food orders. I asked about getting someone who could help us get drinks while we waited for a table. Initially we went to the bartender but the one(of only two-the second of which never acknowledged we existed) we first encountered was rude and it took over 10 minutes to get a beer while she organized the mustard and ketchup bottles in front of the bar patrons. His answer was that people waiting for tables in the«carry out» area in the middle of the restaurant didn’t get serviced. Sorry. That area isn’t staffed so no, and the bar is busy so we just have to wait until she makes her way to us. At that time another party of 7 more of our friends showed to get a table. They left and refused to spend their money here. We were stuck waiting on the balance of our group so we were stuck. He did however thank me for being polite. That’s because I am. Doesn’t mean I’m not still seriously offended and have every intention of giving my honest review of this establishment. We did get seated shortly after, I believe my demeanor helped with that. The food was very good. However we mentioned multiple times that one person in our party never got his sandwich and by the end of the night he still hadn’t so he just ate half his wife’s meal. We won’t go back regardless of how good the food was. By the way — when we left the restaurant was as empty as when we got there… guess the high rollers found a different meal ticket — one with better service.

I love to eat hamburgers seated at the bar. Ozzie’s is a great place for a great burger. I’ve eaten here several times since they’ve switched over to the Ozzie’s branding. I’m never disappointed. Service at the bar is excellent. I’ve never had bad service. Laura has waited on me a few times. She is always attentive and quick to top off my drink(usually diet soda) Atmosphere is great. Casual and comfortable.

We came here about two hours before the Rams game on a Thursday night. It was a good spot for us since right outside the restaurant is a tunnel that leads you out right by the Edwards Jones Dome, Of course if was packed when we got there with people who had the same idea as us, and we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We got a few drinks at the bar, and were seated after about 30 minutes. It took quite a while for our server to come by initially, but after that the service was pretty good. Most everyone in our party got something different, a salad, sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich, etc. I got the St Louis Philly cheesesteak and it was really good. seasoned really well and very juicy. Highly recommend. It came with some big cut fries which were just fries, nothing crazy. I also split some chicken nachos with my friend, and these were good, but just your typical bar appetizer nachos. we had a party of 6 and everyone we were with said their food was good, so no complaints from anyone. They have lots of different beers on tap as well. They had a hot wing challenge that looked interesting, but none of us wanted to risk it before going to the game. Maybe another time, but it was eat 7 hot wings in 7 minutes and you get a tshirt and your name on the wall. Im guessing these were REALLY hot. All in all, great location for the area, and pretty good bar food, with lots of TVs and people watching.

Came here for the buffet brunch this past weekend… it was decent. The brunch wasn’t anything extraordinary, it included: scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, biscuits and gravy, chicken wings, pastries, and coffee. I think the brunch was about $ 15 which is pretty good for a buffet! I also had a few Bloody Mary’s from the bar which topped off my brunch(though, I don’t know if it was just me, but I think one of my Bloody Mary’s was straight pepper, oh well, it was still tasty)!!

Our server was excellent. However, our food was awful. If I spend $ 50 on dinner for two people, I expect it to taste good. Our burgers were frozen and burnt. My husbands burger was not seasoned at all & had no flavor. The fries were cold. I ordered a side of mash potatoes that were so ice cold. I liked this place when it was The Stadium but wow this was not good at all. Will not be eating here again any time soon, if ever.

Our plan was to come to Lumiere Casino to play but instead we got hungry so first checked on the buffet which looked awful so we took a chance sitting at the bar at Ozzie’s. The bar tender was very helpful and friendly and to our surprise we very much enjoyed the house soup and chicken wings. We never ventured any further that night but glad we picked a good spot for a light dinner.
