Schnucks Pharmacy

I go to this pharmacy because it’s closest to my job and very convenient during my lunch hour when I need to pick up a perscription once a month or so. The staff has absolutely no sense of customer service. I have stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone actually came over to help me, even with seeing me standing there for awhile. When someone actually does come to talk to me, they sound completely automated and like they would rather be doing anything else in the world except provide customer service. It’s very frustrating, especially when you’re on a time crunch and when there is a line of people and they are standing around either talking to each other and complaining about something. It makes me feel really uncomfortable being there and I usually can’t wait to get away from the counter once I pay. I don’t foresee myself being a customer there much longer at all.
