The BEST store! Terrific customer service and always friendly! The selection is always great and if they don’t have your size — the sales staff is always willing to locate it online! The manager is hands on and very personable. My favorite store at West County!

After searching and searching for jeans that fit me properly, I finally found them! Seriously, I tried everywhere! I would find a pair that looked okay in the store, but after wearing them for a few hours, they lost their shape. Not the case with their jeans!!! Finally, I found a pair of jeans that make my butt look cute all day! Not just for 5 minutes! The sales staff was excellent, taking their time to assist me in finding 2 pair of jeans that really fit. They graciously helped me try on just about every pair in the store, giving me honest opinions on how each looked. They didn’t bat an eye when I would try on the same style in 3 different sizes. If you need jeans, you have to give them a shot! I went on the recommendation of a friend, and plan on telling everyone about them! I want to approach strangers whose jeans don’t fit properly and tell them. That would probably not go over well, so I am telling my fellow Unilocalers! There are other items in the store, but I went in search of jeans. I will update my review when I go back and check out their other items. Wait… Why does it list this as men’s clothes and accessories? I bought jeans for a woman. I’m positive I did! Maybe someone savvier than I can update the description of the store…

Rating System: 50 points for Customer Service, 25 points for store cleanliness/stocked goods, 25 points for price to value = 100 Total possible points. 1 – 30 = 1 star, 31 – 60 = 2 stars, 61 – 80 = 3 stars, 81 – 95 = 4 stars &96 – 100 = 5 stars Buckle in West County Mall is one of my FAVORITE stores to go to!!! Customer Service: 50 out of 50 I have never had an issue with this store and I shop there often. So much so that some of them know me by name. They always have enough staff to make sure that the store is fully covered and everyone is helped. They will help you find your clothing, open a dressing room to hold your close in while you continue shopping, give you suggestions/tips on matching(as a guy I need help with this sometimes) and hem your jeans for free if you need them adjusted. They do it all and make you feel very welcome to their store. Cleanliness/Stocked Goods: 23 out of 25 If I was just basing this off of cleanliness they would receive a 25 out of 25 but they do not always have what I am looking for in stock. Some of the clothing that is on the website is not always in store. This is nothing overly bad and should be expected at most stores and that is why I’m not deducting a ton of points. Overall they do a great job. Value to Price: 25 out of 25 Now this is where I may get knocked down a bit… I think that the value is all there. The clothing is top notch and their jeans last years over buying a $ 25.00 pair of Wal-Mart jeans and are way more comfortable. I would rather wear 2 pairs of jeans from buckle on a regular basis over having multiple pairs of cheap uncomfortable jeans. But when you shop at Buckle it is not only the clothing that provides value. You get world class attention while you are in the store. They make shopping easy for the shopping challenged while providing some of the best jeans for the price range out there. Total Points: 98 out of 100 Total Stars: 5 out of 5

I have to give this place a 5-star based on the customer service alone. I understand the Buckle is not a great value, that is why I shop here about as much as I dine at Tony’s. But unlike some other high end establishments where you don’t always get good service for the price, that is not true here. The jeans are really the only reason I come here. They offer free alterations and I rarely can buy a pair of jeans and not need them altered in length. A couple of weeks ago a button started coming off one of my jeans and they fixed it for free. Everytime I have visited the store, you aren’t ignored. They are super friendly and smile when they greet you, but don’t shadow you around the whole time. And when I have to visit for the uncomfortable gift shopping for my wife, they make the experience a lot less awkward by offering suggestions and asking the right questions. The Buckle has done a great job training their employees in customer service and that will keep me coming back.
